I was enrolled in the security management certificate and the lessons and quizzes had no correlation with each other then trying to get a hold of someone is close to impossible you get a complete run around. Horrible idea to come here. They're owned by *********** so I would be skeptical of them as well

Horrible outdated and I feel like I got scammed. *** completed my course over a year and I havent been able to download my portfolio so I can take my test. Ive called so many times.Ive reached out to customer support because my course kept asking expiring and it kept saying I need an extension. I paid for extensions at least 4 times and I got to the point where why do I have to keep paying for extension on something thats finish all I have to do is download and take a test but the system wont allow me to do it and they just completely give me the runaround. Spoke to customer service on numerous occasions and this is affecting my job because I cannot work without my CDA credentials. Im so upset of the time I waisted.Ashworth College

Enrolled in the travel agent course mid 2021, I discontinued after their cut off for discounted tuition rate around Oct 2021, never realizing how bad their resources and curriculum were until nearly the end. Websites/Info were out of date, half of the learning sites and links were out of date and discontinued, I was unable to use alot of them for self exams, it took them weeks to give me the necessary code to get into SABRE for my final exam after 2 messages on the student portal. I included in my message on the portal, disputing the remaining tuition, shortly after which I fell seriously ill and no one ever contacted me. That course is NOT worth the money, students BEWARE, they know exactly what they're doing by having a cut off time for reduced tuition in case you don't want to finish the course... you'll be stuck paying after you discover the education you're supposed to be paying for is seriously lacking in several areas (too late). On top of that, there are now 2 $589 collections on my credit report for the SAME course, with 2 different collection agencies... It looks like I owe them for 2 different courses! I have disputed 1 and am in process of contacting Ashworth to find out if there is chance of fraud and someone using my info for another course, or if they're trying to charge me twice for the same thing. I am working hard to repair my credit, but I refuse to pay this school for that travel agent course, it's a crime against the consumer and I'm considering a class action lawsuit.Ashworth College

Topics include geography; aviation and airports; the types of travel, including international travel and world tours, cruising, and rail and road travel; the hospitality industry; meetings and marketing; professionalism; and an introduction to the Global Distribution System. We are not showing that you have withdrawn from the program according to your Enrollment Agreement. This college is harassing me over a bill. I told them I had to stop school and they continue to bill me and added charges to my account. What kind of business is harassing someone that is sick. I wrote a letter to them explaining all of this and they are still harassing me. They never responded to any of my student center email saying I had to quit and even called a couple time. One lady called me and said I want you to pay your bill...and you act like I am bothering you..pay your bill. I am sick and going to doctor after doctors but this college is harassing me over and over. Calling my work and everything. I got to reach out to some kind of lawyer this is wrong. It is a small amount of money to that I know they can write off.Ashworth College

If I could give them a 0 and still review I would. I applied in 2021 for their Vet Tech program, never enrolled but they said I did and sent an enrollment agreement. As soon as I saw that I called and cancelled because I chose a different career path at another school. They however have "no record" of me cancelling and even though I NEVER started any classwork they are trying to charge me over **** dollars for the ENTIRE program. No matter how many times I have called they kept harassing me and telling me I owe them. They sent my info to collections and and have now messed up my credit score because they won't take care of things when I call them. I just get hung up on after they place me on "hold". Needless to say, I am currently on "hold" again after already being hung up on once today...and they just opened.Ashworth College

Scam!! Started a travel agent program under the understanding that I would be able to take the licensing exam upon completion, after almost completely finishing my program I get an email saying that I wont be eligible to take the licensing exam and I have to transfer to another college, and pay more money in order to get what I signed up for! Ive been trying to call and always get told someone will call me back! Instead I get generic emails about my non payment! Im not paying until I get some answers! This is a horrible scam and everyone should be warned about this place!!Ashworth College

I paid these ppl over $3000 for a high school diploma back in 2010 and I recently requested a copy of my high school diploma to be mailed out. They told me they will mail it out to my address on file. Well its ******************************************************************************************************* they already sent it to the address on file. I asked them why would you send it to a address without verifying if its still valid or not and on top of that you sent something as important as that to a bad address that has my personal information on it.They still havent responded or sent me anything to my correct address.This company is very very unprofessional and good luck if you need anything from them in the future. They wont help you with that.Also thanks for sending out my diploma to someone elses address I really really appreciate thatsAshworth College
