      I have been a loyal AAA customer for nearly a decade along with my family. We have always maintained a respectful and professional relationship with the company. Much to our astonishment, we recently received a letter from AAA informing ** that our policy could not be renewed. This notification came without any prior indication or explanation.What puzzles me is that over the years, there were instances when we didn't utilize our policy at all. However, when we did use the services that we duly paid for, it seems to have led to the non-renewal of our policy. This approach by AAA feels not only inconsiderate but also unjust.It's disheartening to realize that a company I trusted for so long would not provide any clarification for their decision, especially considering the fact that there was no apparent reason for this action.In conclusion, this experience has left a sour taste, and I believe AAA's policy, in this case, is highly unsatisfactory and lacks transparency.

      I was on my way home from work yesterday and I ran out of fuel. So, I called AAA at 505pm and was told Showtime would arrive at 525pm with fuel. I waited until 600pm and they never arrived. I called back and spoke to several representatives and none of them could give me a clear answer why they left me hanging for five hours. Finally, at 945pm I had spoken to **** from management and he said, "AAA and Showtime refused service due to discourse I had with each representative." He then added that he could help me find someone else to deliver. AAA blamed me for making me wait five hours for fuel. I tried to be polite with ****, but his smarmy attitude got to me. So, I finally told his I'd like to file a formal complaint and to cancel my membership renewal. I would rather go without than to do business with AAA or Showtime Roadside Assistance. I hope they go out of business.

      I have been a loyal member of AAA south since **** and they cancelled my membership as of July 2023! Terrible! There is no reason for this except like ins cos they will insure you but what happens when you make a claim? I guess AAA doesnt want your membership if you need to use it! Customer service is the worst! Get roadside with your auto ins company. I cannot recommend AAA. They do not know loyalty or service these days.

      Worse service I have every had. Thankfully I was not stuck on the side of the road. Called into have my car towed at 4:40 pm. Text said tow truck would be here by 7:00 PM. FIRST: That is to long for one of my family members to be on the side of the road. SECOND: At 7:40 pm - no tow truck had shown up. I called your number and no one had even been dispatched. I waited 3 hours for a tow trunk that was never even sent. Unbelievably terrible customer service and dangerous .

      Absolutely worst company. 3 hours on the side of the road for a tire change. ****** in resolution center is the absolutely worst employee. They suggested to fix the tire ourself What a crappy company. Never will I ever use this company again.

      This must be a thing they are doing now. I also have been a long term member and received a letter today saying my membership will not be renewed after the present one expires . Reason states disproportionate use of services . My son snd I have called approx 5 times for service . Either for a jump or a tire repair .Now whats this about ? I called and was told read your member handbook . ************

      After being a member for over 20 years, my families AAA membership was cancelled due to excessive use. We have never used more than the amount of services offered and paid renewal on time every year. The worst part is, everyone on the plan is banned from becoming a member in the future. Awful way to treat loyal customers. We called to see if we could get an explanation and were told they could not disclose that information. The operator was rude, unhelpful and had no empathy. After researching this problem, I found we were not alone. Hundreds, if not thousands, of people on reddit, ******** and other social media platforms have had the same experience.

      The agent in the AAAs ****** office never returned emails or telephone calls in preparing for our vacation. When we asked for a corporate number or mailing address we were told there wasnt one. Three days before our trip to ******, we had to **** her down to receive an itinerary. She made a telephone appointment for which she did not keep. I wrote a letter, mailed it to the address given to me by a representative from the **** number and the letter was returned today. The customer service was awful. To add insult to injury, when we asked for a manager of the office we were told there wasnt one. ****** even walked out and went to lunch as my husband waited on her assistance one day when he went there unannounced because she would never answer emails or calls. She left for lunch.
