Do NOT buy from them! Paid premium for best quality carpet. Carpet started to turn darker color in certain areas with no foot traffic. I sent pictures and talked to 3 different people, nothing ever happened, my claim was totally ignored. It's been over a year now! I will NEVER EVER buy from these unethical company again. Their best competitors might be 3 to5% more but way worth the extra charge.50 Floor

Installers were nice. Problems: they came with the wrong carpet. Overlooked small protruding threads that we pointed out to them that they fixed. They came missing 2 tools in which they asked us if we had those tools: glue gun and ******** s**** driver.50 Floor

Not very happy right now. There was a problem with the installation and I have been trying to get it resolved for two weeks now and they have just ghosted me. I will be reaching out to Corporate if I dont get a callback in the next 48 hours.50 Floor
