The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He educated ** on the flooring, listened to what we wanted, and then steered us toward the best option for us. The installation crew was top notch - they were extremely efficient and did an amazing job! We are very happy with our new flooring. I highly recommend 50 Floor.50 Floor

I ordered carpet from the sample provided by salesmen, he wrote it up on a I-Pad and had me to sign the order. However, the carpet installed was not my selection, even though the tag indicated that is what I ordered. I complained and a assistant manger came out and brought the same sample book the I ordered from. I showed him what I had picked and the picture of it that I had taken when ordered. It was different from what was installed. He indicated that the carpet installed was a cheaper carpet but he did not know the price of what I though I was getting. He left the sample book and stated he would try to get this resolved and call us back. There days later he called and stated that they could not do anything about it. I asked to speak to his manager and was told he would call up on Monday 3-25-24.He never called and on Friday the 29th, I called several time trying to reach the manger or assistant manger but was always told they were not available. I spent just under $14000.00 on carpet and wood floor refinishing and advised the salesmen that I was bring my house backup to market value and did not want a commercial carpet installed. I just had my house appraised and it indicated that it is worth $935,000.00. I would not have picked the quality of the carpet installed. Also the installed carpet color is not even in the sample box in which I made my selection.50 Floor

I had a great experience with 50 Floor. The entire process was seamless. The sale associate came out on a Wednesday morning and took a measurement of the area. I then looked at the samples of the flooring and found one that matched my preexisting flooring. Put down half of the total cost. The installation crew arrived three days later and did a great job with the installation. I will definitely use them again on my next project.50 Floor

Called to request a visit, asked price for vinyl flooring install. Was told $3.50 sq feet, reasonable. I scheduled consult, nice guy came out. They advertise FREE installations, but a bad deal. I paid several thousands of $$s, so I expected EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY FLOORS. Yet, they installed the cheapest quality flooring I can barely find in most stores. We can't find the product to order anywhere from the supposed manufacturer, no item #, manufacturer name, contact info on the box? Who they say the ********************** is said to go back to 50 Floors. I've tried to get refund as local stores sell better 22MM+ quality & would have been cost. Warranty does not even cover normal shoe wear and tear? Floors have dents, scratches, and spots that don't clean up. Installers damaged my baseboards/walls, when I asked that they remove them or be very careful. They use primer and caulk to cover up vs correct issues, Management said they can't guarantee refund, nor did they follow up on LACK OF QUALITY MATERIALS I submitted, showed no concerned at all, should've installed better QUALITY and better WARRANTY for the price I paid. Was told GM make sure I'm happy, well I'm not. Used swindling tactics, disappointed, especially when I researched them to find they were BBB accredited.50 Floor

At this point I am not satisfied with what I was told by the salesperson as what he relayed to me was not so. The men that laid the carpet were very manner able and helpful an I tipped them for what I was lead to believe was included in the service. I honestly believe they did not that was their job or had they ever done it before. Documents that were supposed to be sent by the salesman was never sent and the day before, I was promise to have a copy of those document, which I never received. I only received a copy after I signed the documents, citing my displeasure as best I could. At this point I am not satisfied with 50 Floor. I can only hope I don't have problems with the quality of the carpeting.50 Floor
