      Everything went very smooth.**** my sales man was great, Answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. Great experience. Would use them again & would want the same salesman m. Love my carpet.

      I love my new floors. The sales rep was super friendly and worked to alleviate any concerns I had. The only issue I had was the installation. The installer worked based on their assumptions, they did not ask about my plans for the floor. But they fixed any complaints I had.

      On Oct 26, 2023, I submitted a repair request with 50 Floor concerning my installed engineered hardwood flooring for which I paid almost $20,000. On Oct 31, 2023, installation techs arrived for an evaluation to include taking **************** and stated that the flooring was properly installed with the necessary padding and no wall pinch areas. This tech also mentioned that the flooring was making cracking sounds and very slushy when walking on it. The Installation Manager informed me that the General Manager had made a decision, based on reviewing the video, that the flooring was fine. I stated to the Installation Manager that the hardwood was unacceptable, and thus he proposed an option to contact the vendor (supplier) and have an independent third party examine the issue. On Nov 9, 2023, the Installation Manager stated that I needed to wait 4 weeks for the independent evaluator to contact me. Additionally, the Installation Manager stated that if there was a problem with the flooring installation, the install company (subcontractors) would reimburse me, or the vendor would be responsible for payment to me due to defective flooring material. I have been waiting months without being contacted, not to mention never receiving a call from any senior management concerning the flooring problem. 50 Floor touts their the best warranty with no hassles and top notch customer service which has not been my experience. Its now Mar 1, 2024, I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service and poor communication demonstrated by the 50 Floor company. Any manager with decision-making abilities, who truly cares would have addressed this problem months ago by personally contacting the supplier/independent evaluator and stating the importance of this evaluation. I have been more than patient waiting for resolution, but if 50 Floor is unable or unwilling to move forward let me know, and not string me along under the pretenses of resolving the issue. N.S.M.

      50 Floor is a good company. My only concern is the tile color was a little off from the sample the salesperson showed. You sign a form saying the color is OK before install. I needed it done so I went with what the brought. There is only a three foot room entry where it is obvious. Brazilian installers were excellent.

      I loved the service I received from 50fo00rs. From start to finish everything was organized and great we set up a meet to discuss what I wanted and after setting on a price and getting help with finance we set a date for the floors. Wow my floors are beautiful. I Was told that it may take 2 days but they finished in just 1 day. The crew that came was excellent and they kept everything clean while they were doing the floors

      Transparency seems to be the main problem with 50 Floors. I purchased ****** from them in 2021. Shortly after installation I had to call for service as ****** need restretching as it had large welts in it. They immediately sent someone out. Shortly after that more welts began appearing in all rooms the new ****** was installed. I called 50 Floors again for the same problem & was told I had to get my ****** cleaned by a professional company before they could address my problem. I informed them that I was never told about this policy at the time I purchased the ****** nor the time I they came out to my home the first time for the same problem. I further informed them that we had purchased a rug doctor ****** cleaner & had just cleaned our ******.. I was dealing with my husband who was in hospice & was too stressed to deal with 50 Floors, I recently called them again regarding the large welts in ****** in all rooms. I was referred to another representative who.stated I would have to pay $175 per room. Again, this was never mentioned when I talked with customer service prior to her referring me to whoever was to set up for the service to be done. Their failure to disclose vital information has resulted in this matter being unresolved by them.

      Zero Stars would be a more applicable rating when it comes to 50Floor of South ********* mistreatment, mishandling, and abusive behavior during what should've been a straight-forward carpet install job for my 99 yr old dad. Every employee (from ****** to ****** to ******** was ultimately rough, rude & dishonest, (we didn't realize just how dishonest, until it was too late). My 99 yr old dad was coming out of a rehab facility disabled when I hired 50Floor to make my dad's flooring more accessible for ********************** We were promised by 50Floor's **** (the seemingly less 'rough around the edges' GM) that the job would be done in 1 day, (for an in-home **************** suite + closets) & the perfect replacement flooring for my dad would be installed. However, after the wrong ******************* was delivered, no mention of necessary cementing etc (I had to beg **** to make it happen) when they finally came to install, it took 2 & 1/2 days instead of 1. I had to pay added money to change flights, pay cleaning people not to work in order to stay on their sched etc, but much worse, 50 floor never finished the job, leaving holes, pulls & tears in the carpet in both en-suites, lots of tacks/staples? (causing ****** feet) cement on my dad's marble + wallpaper, sloppy is an understatement. And, the damage caused by 50Floor to my dad's (prior to 50Floor's working in my dad's bedroom) pristine-condition, vintage bedroom set, **************** was unbelievable, & certainly not what 50Floor promises in their commercials. 50Floor's **** stated in writing that he would do right by my dad, (he has pics/vid proof of damage) but has ignored my dad's ******************* My dad sadly came back very ill from *********** 50Floor carpeting that cost $8500 looks terrible. I paid $250 to get the long strings/pulls cut & scratched up paint touched up, 50Floor owes dad a full refund, his ruined vintage furniture will cost $$ to fix. Shame on 50Floor for taking advantage of a 99 yr old.

      I am very happy with the job done in my living room and kitchen. The men who came out to do the work came in ready to go. They were very professional and nice. They didn't hang around, they got busy and got stuff done. I am thrilled with both my carpet and my kitchen flooring. The guys did a real good job matching up the subflooring between the kitchen and utility room for the vinyl flooring to go on top. The guys were fast but quite careful with my furniture and walls.
