The contractors was a very professional they arrived at the time they had stated they did an excellent job on the floor and they went over everything with me before asking for my signature I really enjoyed the service and the work that was performed I give them a five star50 Floor

I had my carpet taken up and flooring put down in my master bedroom. The two men that did the work did a wonderful job. I am so very pleased with it from the time that the salesman came and the installers finished. Definitely call them again if I have anything in the future that I want done .50 Floor

Ok they left the bolts off when they install the dishwasher back but the floor was great50 Floor

Im highly upset. I set an appointment with 50 Floors for today at 6-8pm. I was told I would receive a curtesy call 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time concerning the techs arrival. I received a email at 11:45 a.m. that my appointment was canceled so I called to see what happened. I was inform that my tech ***************************** canceled my appointment and left for the day after he couldnt reach me. He called me more then 6 hours prior to my appointment and didnt get an answer (because I do work and cant take calls during work hours) which is why I scheduled for 6-8 pm to begin with therefore he cancelled my appointment and left for the day. They asked if I would like to reschedule. No way! Thats unprofessional. Its bad for business and inconvenient. I could have called anyone else but o called 50 Floors and this is what I get NOTHING ??50 Floor
