***************** was late arriving.The only English speaker on the first crew left around 1 p.m. to "get his tire fixed leaving three men who did not speak English to finish the job. This is went quiet for a bit and my husband went to check on progress and the 3 guys were lounging around chatting and on their phones, not working.When finished, they had me sign something several times and weren't able to explain what I was signing. They left without giving me any receipt or cate instructions. Not happy with that. I would like to have that info.

I would give a five star for product and installation. I had to call to find out when the installation would start. The number I had for the local 50 floor would not let me leave a message. I called the number from the website. They are the ones who said the carpet was on back order. They apologized that the local company didnt notify me. The flooring came a week later and was installed in a day. 3 rooms total. 2 laminate and one carpet.50 Floor

The easiest project we have had done. From start to finish everyone was so professional and helpful. ***** and his crew completed my floors and transformed my home in just one day. I couldnt believe it! The floors are stunning.50 Floor

50 Floor did an excellent job on my laminate flooring. Price was good and BJL Flooring (subcontractor) did a great job on installation. I would use them again!50 Floor

I had carpet and flooring installed approximately 3 years ago. The transitions they put in cracked in half and the carpet is fraying so badly that you can see the padding beneath. I have reached out to local customer service, as well as the corporate office. Both have said that there is nothing to be done other than to purchase new items. Prior to replacing our carpet with 50 Floor products the builder grade carpet held up for **************************************************** their products.50 Floor

Thank you for providing your time and patience. In order, for the local 50 Floor office to complete and address your negative flooring concerns. We see your claim was denied by the manufacture which they have determined is a site-related issue.
50 Floor does understand your concerns and are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the results of the claim; however, a site related issue would void the product warranty. 50Floor has offered to replace the carpet at cost, since your installation warranty has expired, and the manufacture denied your claim.

I was told by the salesman that any problems with my existing flooring would be fixed before installation. I brought to his attention a soft spot in my kitchen floor. Installers did nothing. Fast forward 11 months. Boards are sinking and corners lifting. Was still under warranty so they came out to replace the boards. Never addressed the soft spot issue. 4 months later. Same issue but even worse. Was told by **** they don't repair subflooring. That's beyond their abilities. Told me it would cost me $200 to replace the boards, again, because it's past the warranty. I agreed since I didn't know what else to do. They came out today and wouldn't fix my floor without paying in advance. I don't pay for any repairs until it's been completed, and completed correctly. So they are gone and I'm left with a horrible kitchen floor. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, then it most likely is. Will never use them again. I do not recommend them!50 Floor

Helped find current flooring to repair flood damage. Our flooring had been discontinued. We had tried to add a room of our flooring last year, but they couldnt find any. Miraculously they found enough in ******* for our repairs.50 Floor
