From start to finish it was an amazing experience! Our sales person, *********************************, started the *********** great! He was knowledgeable about the different floorings, gave advice on colors and on top of that, he was super nice. Communication was excellent. I never felt Im the dark about timing or scheduling. The crew that put the floors done were such hard efficient workers. We love our new floors! Would definitely recommend 50 Flooring!50 Floor

Apparently, I have to write another review in order to get any movement with 50 Floor, because nobody is answering my phone calls. I wrote a review describing a terrible install back on 1/30/2023 and was reached out to by management at 50 Floor to "make it right". Well, as of today, nothing has been done. Communication has ceased completely from 50 Floor, and at this point I want my money back for the 50% deposit due at prior install, along with a refund due to damaged carpet from the poor initial install. The installer legit ruined existing carpet they didn't need to touch, so how is that fair for us to eat that cost? Our initial sales consult was the first weekend of December, 2022. It is now approaching mid-May, 2023. This is absolutely ridiculous!50 Floor

as a customer this has been the worst experienceof non professionalism with 50 floor and SCG your contractors that came to my home to install and being installed incomplete and floors coming loose separating carpet not laid properly on steps or bedrooms vinylfloor lifting up and not cut to fit floor and bathrooms vinyl not cut to fit with cut in it. I've been reaching out to 50 floorsmanagement with no resolve only threats of collections from your managementhere in Cincinnatioh. I'm thecustomer, 50 floor said that they could install floors per website and the salesperson that came to my home did not receive professionalinstalled floors. I have been calling 50 floors since 4/7/2023. This should have only been a 3 day install per 50 floor contractor SCG.50 floor is not for customer satisfaction50 Floor

Correct name would be *************************************************** return for so much aggravation and so little customer service. Our experience began with two teams of *** installers showing up. One for the flooring, one for the stairs. No one spoke English leaving us to communicate poorly in Portuguese via ****** Translate. We had no idea what they were trying to tell us. The new flooring was supposed to go over the old flooring, but they decided the old floor was in such disrepair, they had to rip it up. This created problems that weren't explained in advance with the door thresholds now being too high, and leaving marks in the baseboard from the old molding. The next day they were to show up with a full crew at 9. When I called at 10 because they hadn't arrived, I was told they'd be there any minute. That turned out to be 2 PM when only 2 men showed up. Since they got there so late, it required another 2 days. Then they did an amaturish job putting in the 1/4 round molding, not nailing several strips in, cutting it wrong so there were gaps, etc. They tried telling me the baseboard was crooked, but they clearly cut the pieces too long at the corners and refused to pull it off and cut it correctly.We had been told when they were done we wouldn't have to do anything. I am going to have to sand down where the old molding was, sand around the new steps and repaint. That is quite a bit of work. During all this we called our sales person who assured us we'd hear from a manager. No call ever, from a manager or our sales person.When the installers were done- they checked off that all the work was done satisfactorily without giving us a chance to check it. The carpeting was done well, but they sent one person! The poor man moved all the furniture himself, carried huge rolls of carpet up the stairs, begging for an injury, and put everything back himself. And he did a better job and was more pleasant, than all the *** installers put together.50 Floor

I had flooring placed last August with this company. After placement the transition pieces were peeling and carpet was pulled as well as chips found in laminate. After multiple called finally someone said they would come look at these issues-and I believe this was only due to me giving a referral to someone in my neighborhood (and why I referred I have no clue, because I would not to refer to anyone now!). The transition pieces were replaced but with a totally different color laminate so now it looks worse than when it was peeling as well as tile was chipped where this replacement was done. They never looked at the carpet or cracked pieces-I have again made multiple calls with only to be told Im on a list and no call backs. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!50 Floor

******************* Rated 1 out of 5 stars This is the worst company ever This is the worst company ever. Ever. Their product is shoddy and their customer service is abhorrent. They installed laminate throughout our home and within a month, huge spaces began to open up between the planks throughout the house. Planks then began to break along the edges When I called customer service, they said they would to send pictures, which I did. They said it warranted an in person evaluation, but they would never come to my home to evaluate the mess my floors are in. We are now working with another company to tear up the flooring and redo it correctly, and theyve confirmed the flooring was incorrectly installed. 50 Floors took us for nearly $8000, dont be their next victim. ******* who oversaw the laminate install was the only one who spoke English. He left to handle another job from the beginning. I couldnt communicate with workers. My walls left holes/scratches on walls.Workers moved an upholstered chair w/dirty ************* is stained & needs cleaning. I was told by 50floor to have it professionally cleaned & send them bill; I dont trust them to be reimbursed.Workers also broke my beautiful coffee table while carelessly moving it. I have pictures. 50floor response was to give me a $260 credit. The table is solid oak w/ casters & is worth much more to be replaced.Cleanup was atrocious.They used an old broom to sweep & same dirty rag used for caulking to clean the floor! I told them to stop!To make matters worse, installers were supposed to show up on 4/27 from 12 to 4 pm. I took off from work so they can correct loose transition pieces. Approx. 4 pm the workers were a no-show, no-call. I was furious! I called 50 Floor & spoke to ******* who was rude and unapologetic! She didnt have a response why they didnt come. I asked to be transferred to manager. ******** apologized & informed me workers were in ****** dealing with an issue. ***, I wonder what went wrong there? I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the entire process. I told her it was inexcusable there was no call. The installer called to reschedule; I told them I couldnt take more time & finally showed up at 5:30. The transition piece is still not satisfactory!Im a widow with limited income, but I saved my money & was excited to replace my old carpet. *****, the 50 Floor salesman was very nice & I chose 50 Floor over other companies. Unfortunately, I made the wrong decision. Due to my terrible experience, damages incurred & lack of customer service from **********************, I will not recommend them to anyone!50 Floor
