The first time I purchased flooring it was for my kitchen, and I was very pleased with the work, so I had no qualms about purchasing flooring for the rest of my home. I purchased laminate flooring for 4 rooms and a hallway, installed Aug. 17, 2024. I have several complaints from this work. 1. The front of two of my bookshelves were broken and the pieces left on the floor. 2. The head of my treadmill is broken and is now unusable. 3. The chair mat under my computer chair was removed and not returned. 4. I have two items missing - a small turntable and a pair of binoculars. 5. I had to ask them to put a bookshelf back in place in one of the rooms. 6. Very little cleanup was done.

Floors are not finished been almost 3 months. Cant get the company to answer phone calls from us. panels are coming up off the floor. Base molding is sticking out and crooked. The panels did not go all the way to the wall.50 Floor

My experience was excellent. The company sent someone to my home with samples very quickly. He was very informative. I explained that I needed to have install very soon to be in line with the rest of my remaining home remodeling project. I was assured that they could work within my timeline. My flooring was installed and the project was completed days earlier than we were promised initially. The salesperson, the installers and the customer service staff were all great. The project exceeded my expectations. *** had a lot of work done at my home and 50 floor was among the best companies we have worked with. I would recommend them.50 Floor

Good salesman and installers. The samples could have been bigger and more the one one each kind of floor. The floor we picked from the samples was not as dark as the sample . That was because the sample was one of the darker planks.50 Floor

This company is terrible i had my floors done and the workers removed my closet doors to do the floor my doors were working fine when they took them off then when they put them back the right side was working fine the left side was hard to open so i called them to look at the door they said i needed new doors because of the floor which is not true because the right side is working perfect so they refused to have a handyman fix it now i am stuck with a door that does not work!!!!!!50 Floor
