BUYERS BEWARE!! Do Not do business with this company. 1st they called us a week before to let us know that the color we wanted in our upstairs was discontinued and they said we can use the same color as the downstairs (no additional fee) so we agreed. Then they called us again 2 days before the job to tell us they cancelled our appointment and took us off the schedule to come and install flooring as they said they didn't have the materials to do the stairs. THEN they said they didn't know when they would get in the materials, but they can come and do 1/2 the job and come back at a later time. We asked them if there would be a discount, and they said NO. We knew if they did half the job they would NEVER come back to finish. Then the customer service manager called saying we were cancelling because the job couldn't get done when we wanted it. WHICH WAS FALSE!!! This was scheduled 2 weeks prior, and they knew that was the window we had to get it done. We had already prepped the house for this job by moving things and stacking things and now our house is a mess because they screwed us! At this point we cancelled since they couldn't complete the job. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! And then to top it all off they put the pending charge on the cc for the work that they NEVER OR WILL EVER BE DOING!! Most companies don't charge for the work until its actually done. DO NOT USE COMPANY!! I dont want them doing this to someone else.50 Floor

Once it was rescheduled they came when they said, were very professional with the total installation, took a minimal amount of time for installation. I would definately recommend them.them.50 Floor

50 floor did an excellent job lying the beautiful floors in living room, hallway, bathroom, and kitchen. The had to level the floor in the hallway and they made it level with no problems. Virginia had a great crew for the floor and **** and his partner did a great job with the baseboard. I highly recommend 50 Floor and ******** and her crew.50 Floor

My flooring looks great. The installers were professional and they finished installing on the same day, other than one of the strips in the door way not glued tightly enough I am pleased with the work that was done. I would recommend 50 Floor to others.50 Floor
