Community loans has reported to my Experian credit file that I am 60 days late on a payment. To my knowledge, I have never done business with Community loans. When I called the number listed as the creditors number, it is just a recording saying how to contact by email. I emailed Community loans and my email was returned about 30 minutes later as undeliverable. I believe this is a fraudulent account and demand that this negative remark be removed from my credit report.Business Response

On May 31, 2024 My mother was informed that the Tennessee Title Loan was doing under the table loans for the manager who was leaving because of personal business. She informed us that she needed a couple of people to come and do FREE loans for $1,500. Our problem comes in when she said she needed 500 to keep it under the table so it wont come back and now me, my girlfriend , and my mother have to pay back the whole $1,500 plus some when we only spent and received $1000 from the company and never received the extra $500. In fact, I still have the titles to my car which is shown in one of the pictures below.Business Response

I applied for a title loan on my car and I was required to give my car title as collateral. I paid the loan back in full January 2024, and was supposed to receive my car title in the mail a week later. I verified my information with the worker, and she reassured me that it would be mailed to my address. I still have not received my title after several calls and visits to this establishment. Everytime I call to follow up with the status of my title I get the run around. I have asked to speak with a manager or even the owners and was refused contact information. How is this even legal?Business Response

I had received a call from fast auto loans but it was not the regular office I usually deal with. The lady that had called me was named *****, she asked me why I was not in to pay my late balance off by a certain time of the day and said that i had told them befoe that i would be in by a certaintime of the day. I let her know that I never said what time of day I would be in that I never know what time of the day i will have time to stop in and pay due to me being a busy mom. She asked me why I was past due on payments and I proceeded to let her know I am a single mom of 4 with a disabled child and I was struggling at this time to keep up. She laughed and told me that I need to get in to make a payment or she would personally see to it I that my vehicle was taken and that I was getting rude with her. I told her no you are the one being rude and Snotty with the way she was presenting things to me. At this time I was not gonna continue to argue with her so I hung up my phone. She proceeded to call me two more times and then left me a nasty message on my answering machine which I did save. Again with an attitude told me that she doesn't like people hanging up on her and that was a big mistake and that she doesn't take kindly to people talking to her like a dog. I went and paid what I could on my past 2 balance at the office that I usually deal with. The nice lady in the local office had told me that the lady that did this was one of her managers, and that they were trying to help her since they were shorthanded. That I was not the first 1 to complain about this lady named ***** today, that she's had at least seven others complaining about how rude she was. I ha used this company 3 times previously to this loan, I have never had anyone be so rude to me ever while using them till now. I won't be using this company after this loan I paid off.Business Response

Went here for a loan between January 2024 and June 2024 both times they denied me because of my credit score. Which was wrong in their system. I showed all three of my credit scores and they did nothing. I really believe that company doesnt want to give out any funding and should be shut down. I also believe the manager is doing fraudulent things.Business Response

My daughter passed away in a tragic accident. She had taken a loan against her vehicle 2 days before the accident. At a time in my life when I was vulnerable due to several deaths in my family. I needed a loan to help pay for funeral arrangements in October and November for different relatives. I feel that the employee used my emotional weakness when I wasn't thinking clearly to increase the amount of the loan. I forgot to pay them back. I asked them to call me biweekly when the payment was due. I never received a call and it slipped my mind. I am caring for my mom who has Alzheimer and it's round the clock care. I reached out to them several times to make settlement agreement but they failed to do so. Please help. I owe from the loan approximately $3500.00Business Response
