Aug 30th 2024. I put in an order to get three limited edition FIGHT 6 packs of beer. I have been trying to contact customer support via email for many months. In September of 2024, I order two six packs of a limited edition beer cans and should have received the order eight weeks later. When the order never arrived, I then emailed the company about the issue (11-25-2024) but they never replied until 01-12-2025. They then explained that there was a back order and would ship the items within 30 days. After the 30 days I reached out to see the status (02-15-2025) and replied that it will be another 4 - 6 weeks. I then sent another email 03-28-2025 about the order status and even though I have reached out numerous times, I haven't received a reply, my product, or a refund.Business Response

They said that I should receive the product by the end of June 2025 but if I do not receive the product then I will report them and request a refund. On September 1, 2024 I ordered beer from the Ultra Right Beer company. They charged my credit card and I waited for the order. I tried to call them but the number listed said their voice mailbox was full. I then emailed them several times. They responded a couple of times and said I could get a refund. I placed two prepaid orders in August 2024 for 2 six packs of Ultra Right Beer: (1) Order No. ****** placed on August 31, 2024 at 3:50 p.m. - Paid $34.56; and (2) Order No. ****** placed on August 31, 2024 at 3:59 p.m. - Paid $32.07. Delivery promised many times - no delivery made. Last contact was in February 2025 via email and delivery was promised in ***** days. No delivery. Since then, emails ignored, voicemail full and owner **** ******** blocked me on X when I asked for help. **** ******** has been sending me emails trying to sell additional products. I am rejecting this response because my order has not yet been delivered. In the email the company sent me, they said that my order from last August did not make the current shipment and I hopefully should receive it mid June. I would like to wait to see if I receive the order mid June. If not, I will then contact you again with an update. Im willing to wait to see if they make good on their promise for delivery by mid June. Please note that in their response to you, they said that the order had already been delivered. That is not true. But I am willing to wait until mid June.

I am rejecting this response but I will wait to see if I get delivery. The first response to the BBB said my order had been shipped. However, the companies response to me (dated May 29, 2025) said it had not been shipped but would ship soon. I received a new message from the company today (June 1, 2025) saying my order missed the last shipment but I should receive it mid-June to early July (before July 4th). I do not want the Complaint closed because my order has not shipped. This is the recurring problem ... they keep promising shipment but it never happens. I do not want a refund, I want the product I paid for TEN MONTHS ago. Please keep my Complaint open until I confirm shipment. Thank you very much.
