    On April 15, 2023 I placed Order #**** with the Company. Due to delays, on May 12, 2023 the Company offered to accept order cancellations.On July 1, 2023 I cancelled my order by email to the Company, by letter to the Company, and by text to owner ************************* *************).On July 17, 2023 I was notified by email that the cancelled order had shipped. The next day, an unsolicited package dated July 12, 2023 was delivered by UPS.Also note that the Company was holding itself out as a ******* LLC on April 15, 2023 but did not file its Articles of Organization with the ******* Secretary of State until 4/17/2023 4:45:43PM.

    Ultra Right Beer has stated from the beginning that all orders will be shipped out 30 days after order is placed. I placed an order for the 6pack of beer on 04-13-2023. I asked for update on 06-22-23, on 06-23-23 an *** label was created 1ZAG95390330039964. This label has never been scanned in by *** which means it will never be delivered. I enquired about this several times and on 07-11-23 I was told "Your beer is coming - I've seen hundreds of emails like yours and all of a sudden, BEER is arriving. Keep the faith." I replied, A PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED IF IT HAS NEVER BEEN SCANNED IN! On 7-21-23 I demanded a full refund. Its has been over 60 days on a 30 day promise. My Order number is #****

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You still believe the order was shipped even though the package was never picked up by the shipper.....the status for two months was "lable created". And you guys kept putting me off as if that was normal beleiving that I must be stupid. 

    And now look how long it took you to respond to this BBB complaint.....close to a  year and a half later.

    Preordered beer from this company for a little over 30 dollars back in lte April/early may. Never received the product although they are still actively selling on their website. I emailed *********************, ******************************** She told me to wait a day and it was shipping and I should receive a tracking number. Well I did and this was on June 26th the label was created with **** But thats all that was done. They created a label. *** said product was never received. I asked **** again about it, I was told it was coming, be patient although at this point Ive been beyond patient. So I emailed her again to say I was reporting it to BBB and was told if I dont get my beer within 7 days to email them. Well I gave it 8 and emailed them, and received no response.

    Order products from the company, waited the proper time as stated in emails confirmations. Received shipping email with *** tracking. Item was never shipped. Keep being told the products will be here and i get nothing, emails are unanswered. left voicemail and received email that **** would take care of the problem. Never heard from ****. Sent email asking for info, got nothing sent final email asking for a refund and nothing. either deliver the product or return my money

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, I did receive a refund but the business is terrible and should be closed down. This business still markets their products to me and this is my second order that was treated badly. months of waiting and rude customer service

    I finally received a refund and will never do business with this company again

    I ordered a 6 pack of their beer on April 13, 2023. I was aware that the beer was in production and would not be shipped right away. My ship date was approximately May 11, 2023. I waited until mid-May to start checking on my order tracking number and saw that a shipping label had been created. Toward the end of June I started seeing posts on social media of other people receiving their beer. On July 5, 2023 I responded to a post on ******* with CEO of the company, *************************, asking what was taking so long for my order. He did not respond. On July 12, 2023 I posted again since he had not responded yet. Another person responded immediately that an email helped get her order processed and **** liked it almost immediately but still did not respond to me. This seemed strange that he didnt respond because it was obvious he had seen my post. On July 13, 2023 I sent an email inquiring the status of my order and that if I didnt get a satisfactory response I would report them for fraud. I also asked several people on ******* how they received theirs so quickly as I couldnt get a response from ****. I was then blocked by **** and the companys ******* account. I have sent several emails and called the number on the company website with no response to either. On July 20, 2023 since I have not gotten any information on my order I contacted my bank to reverse the charge to my card for the order. This experience has been very disappointing as I was excited to support what I thought was a company with good values that I align with. Unfortunately I have had no response whatsoever from the company.

    On April 13, 2023, I ordered products from this company. On June 8, 2023, I had still not received my purchase for the amount of $53.51. I emailed and called letting them know I was moving and to please contact me by phone or email, so I could either cancel the order or change the shipping address.I only got automated responses. Nobody reached out. I have since moved and now this company is saying the product apparently has been delivered to my old address??There is no way that this could have taken place because it required a signature and had moved to another state already.I would like my order refunded in the amount of $53.51.I have the chain of emails since I first order on April 13, 2023.
