I never received my order. Order # ***** Originally ordered on 4-27-2023 Order total ***** and was told it would be 30 days. Received the order on 7-3-2023 but was damaged in transit. I notified the company the same day with a photo of what I received. They responded that they would reship it. Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The refund of payment was received. This however does not excuse the actions and lack of actions this merchant has exhibited.
Unacceptable actions:
1. shipping fragile product in inappropriate packaging.
2. Ignoring me for MONTHS as I tried to get this resolved
These are not actions of a reputable company

Ordered four 6-packs of a SPECIAL EDITION COLLECTORS ITEM: CONSERVATIVE DAD'S REVENGE! beer on September 29, 2023with 30-days shipping. Hasn't been received as of this date. Sent several emails requesting status of product with no response. Twoto ****************************** and two to ******************************** Also called the Contact phone number ************ which requestsyou to email or leave a message. The voice mail box is FULL. Did additional research for "has anyone received ultra right beer" andthe comments and reviews are immense and everyone is stating it is a scam since they have gotten product or refunds. There is alsoa statement online that states, "There are reports of customers not receiving their orders. A new beer brand that is billed as a "woke-free" alternative to Bud Light and reportedly being brewed in ******** could face legal challenges if it goes to market." The BBB alsohas many complaints. The Website (which is still active and taking orders" should be removed and all individuals who placed an ordershould be refunded. I am reporting this fraudulent company, will fi le a complaint with the BBB and go to the bank to see if I can get achargeback or reversal of the purchase due to fraud/scam. I have 100% documentation as .pdf's to back up my research. This also has been reported to the ************************* Sad!!!Business Response

I have called them multiple times, but they will not speak with me on the phone. I have gone back and forth with the company via email and they keep giving me the run around and saying soon, but no tracking number has ever been sent. My last email communication with them was Sept. 28th 2023. I have yet to receive my product. I want my money back for the Conservative Dad's Ultra Right Beer (6-Pack). Like all the others, placed an order for their Limited Edition ***** beer and never received it. I emailed them just to confirm they had my order and get a status. On APRIL 27 I purchased one six-pack of Conservative Dad's Ultra Right beer. Their website stated it would be delivered within 30 days. I still have not received my order.I have emailed them 7 times regarding my order. I called and left a voice message, as they do not answer the phone. I never received a callback. I have messaged them on FB twice, also without receiving a reply.Based on FB posts, I am not alone in my complaint. I finally received an email reply on August 4 stating I would be sent a *** tracking number...which never happened. In summary, I have emailed, called, and messaged this company requesting either the product ASAP or a refund. Its been 4+ months and I haven't received anything. They are no longer responding to emails, and never responded to my phone calls or messages. I WANT A FULL REFUND immediately.Business Response
