On August 10, 2023, I placed an order for 1 t-shirt, AquaBro. The total amount paid was $41.45. About a month later (9/07/2023), I sent an email to the company to inquire about why I hadnt received my order and I did get a response 9/12/2023 assuring me I would receive my order. I received an email with tracking information, but there has been no movement of the package since 10/21/2023. It is 11/12/2023, and I have not received anything. I have emailed their customer service email on 9/27, 10/02, 10/09, and 11/03/2023 requesting a refund and have yet to receive a response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order from this company on 10/10/23. *** reached out to them via email several times inquiring about my order and there has been zero communication. The only Communication received was from Route, telling me the order was unfulfilled . I am requesting a full refund and to never do business with them again. I purchased a shirt from this business on 9/9/23. I paid $40 for the item. I received an email shortly after the purchase stating that my order would be shipped out within **** business day. I waited until 9/25/23 to reach out for support regarding order status. I have emailed them 3x, sent DM direct messages on Instagram multiple times, commented on their posts a few times, called the company, and even sent order info requests on their chat message option at least 4x. I have yet to receive a response from them and we are already on the 8th of November.... 3 months after my order was placed. The last update I received on 10/18/23 gave me hope because it stated that a pre-shipment label had been created, but then it was never sent. I am really sad and disappointed in this business. I expected more from a business that seems to pride itself in it's design and celebrity recognition. At this I just want a refund if I cannot get this shirt in within 10 days. I placed an order for a sweatshirt on August 10, 2023; payment was take and confirmation email was sent. I reached out to the company at the beginning of September for an update on my item and received an email on 09/12, stating there was a delay and I should have the item in **** business days.I emailed the company again on 10/9 and 10/16 requesting an update and or a refund, due to no communication. I ordered 2 shirts from RefreshedCollection.com on 8/11/23 and received confirmation of my order being placed. Payment cleared my bank 8/13/23 but I have not received any further communication as to whether or when my order was or will be shipped. I have tried several different ways to get in contact with the business (emails, phone, and Instagram) on several different occasions and have not received a response. If my order has shipped, I would like to keep what I receive and have a full refund for the inconvenience. If my order has not yet shipped, then I would like a full refund. For the slow shipping and lack of communication and transparency from this company, I will never make another purchase from them again, and will recommend the same to anyone I can.Initial Complaint

On April 30th 2023 i placed an order for a T-shirt, it is now 7 June 2023 and Ive emailed them with no reply. This is totally unacceptable for a simple T shirt order and this is like the 3rd occasion that they have taken over a month to get me the merchandise Ive ordered. I ORDERED FROM REFRESHED COLLECTION ON 4/14/2023 IN THE AMOUNT OF $98.41 (ORDER#RF45491). STILL NO PARCEL. I REACHED OUT AND RECEIVED EMAILS ON 4/27/2023 AND 5/18/2023 SAYING THERE WAS A DELAY, BUT MY ORDER WAS GOING OUT WITH AN EXTRA PIECE OF PARCEL FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. AS OF TODAY, 6/6/2023, STILL NO PARCEL OR REFUND.PLEASE ASSIST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
