Date of transaction: August 18, 2022 Amount of money paid to the business: $100.49 Business committed to provide me with merchandise (clothing consisting of a sweatshirt and t-shirt) that I paid for.Merchandise was never shipped to me, neither has any tracking information nor updates have been provided. I have attempted to contact the business a total of 7 times via email, chat message and phone calls, ALL to no avail. No live person answers the phone, the voice mailbox is full, so I cannot leave a message and none of my emails have been responded to. The business has not even acknowledged ANY of my communications, so its safe to say that they have not tried to resolve my problem. As of today 9/21/2022 I have not received my order, nor any response as to what is going on with it. I would like a refund immediately or my order to be shipped immediately. I placed an order with Refreshed Collection on Wed, Aug 17, 3:27 PM. My order confirmation number is RF #*****. I have not received my item, which was a #WCE - Sade **** price totaling $48.75 USD. On Wed, Sep 7 at 10:27 AM I emailed the Refreshed Collection customer service email address *************************************** and requested an update about my order. Additionally, I contacted the Refreshed Collection Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/servedfresh/) and requested an updated about my order. I have received no response regarding my order that was placed nearly a month ago.At this point I believe I have been scammed out of my money. I placed and paid for an order for a T-shirt on June 2, 2022 for a total of $44.27 with shipping costs and route package protection. I received email confirmation for my order and the confirmation number is RF #*****. I received an email on June 22, 2022 stating that my order was on the way and the **** tracking # was **********************. To this day when the number is tracked it states that a label was created and **** is awaiting the item. I called customer service on July 7, 2022 and spoke to customer service representative, initials MH. He stated that the shirt was shipped and I shouldve received it by then so he was sending me another as I had paid for route package protection. I also received an email stating that but with no tracking number. It is now July 21, 2022 and I still have not received the shirt. I have called customer service numerous times a day with no answer. I have emailed, messaged through the contact us feature on their website and messaged on social media with no response. At this point I just want a refund for what I paid.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
This is a dishonest business that I will not support ever again. Maybe they dont understand this claim because they never answer the phone or respond to emails. My claim was NOT invalid or fraudulent and I feel extremely disrespected that this company would even say that. I supported my claim with emails and screenshots to back it up. They say my order was shipped and delivered, which it was, 5 DAYS AFTER I FILED A BBB COMPLAINT. I filed my claim on 7/22/22 and the screenshot of the **** tracking info they provided is from 7/27/22. And I did file a Route claim but was told by Route since the order was still in preshipment state there was nothing they could do. All I wanted was the **shirt I paid for. And I had to go through all of this just to get that. Time spent calling and emailing just to get called invalid and fraudulent by a company that is exactly that. BUYERS BEWARE! Dont spend your hard earned money with this company unless you want the aggravation of having to file a BBB complaint to finally receive your order.

I placed the order#***** on May 29, 2022. Received shipment notification on June 30, 2022. Shipment has been in pre-shipment status for 21 days. Received email stating issue with **** losing package, but another t-shirt will be sent. I never received any shipment information on a new order. Reached out several times via email. Called the company and phone line was busy and now when called it is a message saying number has been changed or disconnected. Like many other customers, I ordered 2 shirts, a Biggie and ********************* shirt. Received neither. Post office confirmed the package never even made it to them for scanning. Labels show they were created and never scanned to go anywhere. Money has not been refunded and they are consistently marketing on IG, not filling orders, swearing they are busy and not refunding money. They do not reply timely or at all. My order was in May, label was created in June and nothing was ever sent..I have all the receipts, they have none. I Hve contacted them over 15 times and they absolutely are not doing a thing to send merchandise or refund money. They are now just scamming people out of money.Business Response
