    On December 11, 2022 I placed an order RF# ***** for six items; the tracking number was **** **********************. . On December 23, 2022 I received a delivery with only five of the six items I purchased, the inventory slip in the package also reflected that I ordered six items as well as my receipt. On December 27, 2022, I emailed ************************************* to inform them of my missing merchandise. I also included pictures of the delivered items and the inventory slip that was included with the package which showed five of the six items checked off. ************* responded the next day offering three options to rectify their mistake: 1) immediate shipment upon restock (***** days), 2) replacement of the order with an alternative design t-shirt, and 3) store credit. On January 3, 2023 I emailed back to choose option 1) immediate shipment upon restock. The same day ************* responded and confirmed that prioritized tracking info will be emailed to me at the time of shipment. That was the last of the communication. I have followed up with the company with several emails (no response), I have tried calling the phone number countless times (no answer), and I have reached out via social media multiple times and have not received any response at all.

    On January 3, 2023 I placed an order for 2 crewneck shirts. Description is #TBT - ********************* and **** Crewneck in the amount of $100.70 for both shirts. The order # is Order #RF #*****. As of January 27, 2023 I have not received my order. I have sent several emails asking for a status on my order or a refund and have not heard anything back from customer service. They have a number listed on their website but when you call it's a generic voicemail stating they are busy fulfilling orders and to send a message to ****************************************************** I've sent messages to that address as well as ************************************* and no response. I have my confirmation where I placed order and my card was charged for $100.70, but no shirts.

    The customer filed a chargeback with their credit card company although their package was shipped.

    The customer has already been refunded in full and our garments are missing.

    There is no further action we can take to resolve this complaint.

    I placed an order for 2 sweatshirts on December 1, 2022, to gift to my dad for Christmas. Their website states it takes **** business days to ship. On December 20, 2022, I emailed them to let them know I have not received my order. That day they sent 1 of the 2 items I purchased which barely got here before Christmas. I am still waiting on my 2 item, I have sent emails and called and NO ONE has reached out to me. I DO NOT WANT THE SECOND ITEM, I want my money back!

    Ordered a shirt on 11/21/22. Was charged on 11/22/22. Email confirmation states orders ship in **** business days. It also states if you dont receive shipping confirmation after 14 business days to contact customer service. I contacted them twice, providing my order number and requested an updated. Never heard back. Also sent a DM on Instagram and never heard back. Its 12/21/22 and I dont have a response or my merchandise. Order RF #*****.

    I placed an order on 11/28 with the expectation of having the items shipped within 7 to 10 business days. It is 12/15 and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. I purchased the items as Christmas gifts for my nephews and at this rate they wont be here in time if at all. I made a purchase from them last year with no problems. So I didnt think to read reviews prior to purchase. Otherwise I would not have made the purchase. They are required by law to ship within the timeframe on advertised on their website or provide updates on delays. I have not received any update from them. Ive emailed them twice and called 3 times. But no answer. Please ship my items or give me a refund. I will not be purchasing any more items from this business.

    I placed an order for a shirt on 10/9/22. The order number is RF43124 & the cost was $35.50 including shipping. According to the email it takes **** business days. If you dont hear anything in two weeks to contact them. *** tried contacting them multiple times via email, Ive called a few ********* submitted a request on the website. When I called , the phone rings oddly & then an answering machine picks up. No one has responded to any of my emails. I just sent a message on Instagram & still havent heard anything back. Im sick of waiting for my product & at this point I want a refund. On 10/31/22 I received a shipment confirmation email that states a label was created. There has been no movement on this tracking number, it hasnt even been updated to say the post office is in possession of the product. I have ordered from the establishment many times throughout the year. This is the worst experience Ive had. No response is a response that lets me know Im never supporting them again.

    The complaint is very valid & true. There is nothing fraudulent about the claim. The package was received after I processed this claim but the information regarding no response from this business on all platforms that I tried is indeed true. Im fine with you closing the case, however not satisfied with the communication style of this business & they will never receive my dollar again.

    Ordered a hoodie on 10/13/22 and paid my money. Two weeks pay and I hear/see nothing about shipping and emailed company in reference to my order. (Order #*****) Never received any communication back. Then I received tracking update on 10/31 that a shipment label has been created, but still as of Nov 2, the item has not shipped. This seems to be a reoccurrence complaint with this company and its sad that people try to support this business and are taken advantage of. There is no reason in this day and age that you spend money and order and item and it takes almost a month to receive it and its coming from ******* and being shipped to other ** cities. Its bad business and you would think after all the complaints about deliver on this website they would actually adjust their business practices and provide better customer services, but yet here I am, complaining along with ALL the other customers.

    I placed an order on September 30, 2022. Confirmation RF #*****. I have not received a shipping update and have sent 3 separate emails to all provided customer service email addresses requesting a order status update and have not received any response.     I have finally received my order 45 days after ordering and only once I opened a complaint. ***** was zero communication or updates provided by the company. It was not a fraudulent claim against the business as it indicated. I have received the order in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I placed an order with this company on 8/15/22 for a sweatshirt, I have yet to receive any type of update regarding my package and I have sent this company over 25 emails asking for an update or refund on my package. The company has not replied at all and no package has been mailed. On 9/20/22 a shipping label was created for the item and here we are a week later and still they have not provided the item to *** to be shipped. I'm over it honestly and just would like a refund. How are you guys taking people's money, not shipping the product and not responding to emails!?

SEND ME MY MONEY OR THE DUMB SWEATER. A LABEL WAS CREATED SEPTEMBER 20th, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE SCREENSHOT THEY WERE AWAITING THE **** ON SEPTEMBER 21st AND NO UPDATE HAS BEEN MADE SINCE!!! THE ***** IS IN PUDDING THAT THE **** NEVER SHIPPED. I JUST TOOK ANOTHER SCREENSHOT TODAY 10/10/22 AND STILL THERE IS NO UPDATE!!!!      USPS confirmed this packaged was shipped and delivered.

    Unfortunately, USPS system only tracks orders back 120 days.

    This complaint exceeds that timeframe.

    We have attached confirmation to confirm this package was shipped and was in transit.

    If it was not received this matter needs to be addressed with USPS.

    Prior to placing a order for a particular item which was out of stock, I requested to be notified by email once it became back in stock. I received notification and placed my order on August 27,2022. I am still waiting almost a month later for one item, which is listed as unfulfilled at this moment of waiting. The site says **** days excluding weekends and holidays for items to ship. They've clearly surpassed the allowed amount of time needed to ship my shirt. I sent an email in regards to my purchase two days ago on September 20,2022, and still no reply. I called the number listed as well which just rings and a answering machine picks up to say that that they're working on getting orders shipped out ?? and to leave a email on customer care or leave a voice message, to which the mailbox is full . This was my first time doing business with this company and the service is very unacceptable. I want the item that I paid for from my debit card account in the amount of $45.20 over a month ago delivered immediately OR a refund if they can not fulfill my order. After this incident I've done some looking into the company and it seems that they have scammed a lot of customers out of their money recently as well in the past few years in this same manner.
