Order came and cover did not fit. So far half a dozen calls and two emails over six weeks. No response. I cant think of worse customer service experience.Covers & All

I ordered a custom cover for my ping pong table online. Everything seemed fairly straight forward except one strange measurement requested. In addition to a total width of the table, it requested a curvature width with an image that suggested measuring length between the legs of the table.No follow up was made following the order. Just shipment of the product. Unfortunately, the length of the cover was cut to the curvature length, making the cover 14in too short. So bummed. Not sure why they would ask for total length and then make a cover that is not that length. I reached out to CoversandAll and received a series of responses that read like AI answers. Absolutely no effort to remedy the problem other than to tell me why I was wrong, why they are not at fault, and that they would be happy to offer me 15% off another $380 cover. None of the responses addressed the misleading image or how it would work for anyone supplying measurements online using it as a guide. I am guessing I am not the first with this issue.This company is perfect example of good idea that fails with automated execution. Be very careful using them. Their order structure is not intuitive, is at times deceptive, and is lacking any post-order follow up to confirm dimensions. This would be OK except their products are pretty expensive. So mistakes are very costly.I would strongly recommend using a local company that has quality controls in place and can handle their mistakes well.Covers & All

As we are in a custom business, we have listed different product designs options on the website so customer can order the same as per their product requirements. As we can see that you have a pure rectangle table, however, you have selected the different design for the rectangle table cover which has a curve at both ends. Furthermore, on the product page, we have provided an option to upload the real time product images and mention the requirements into the "Any special request for us?" so our team can get an idea about the same. Unfortunately, it has not been done. Considering the same, we have manufactured the product as per the selected order design and dimensions. Moreover, we have listed a separate product for the Ping Pong Table Covers so customer can enter the custom size and place an order directly without searching for the different product design. DO I HAVE TO EVEN RATE THEM WITH ONE STAR? THEY TRULY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THAT.I have had the same experience as many others. Numerous emails, phone calls - all regarding measurements. I was told my order was going on HOLD until we figured it out. I NEVER confirmed the order but yet, they shipped anyway. As I type this, I've been on hold for 20 minutes, in queue position #1 for at least 8 minutes and highly doubt they will ever answer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHAMEFULLY UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.Covers & All

Disgraceful customer service. They take at least a week to respond to emails. Then when they say a quote is ready they dont explain they have loaded the quote onto your website account. The live chat is dreadful. I spent over an hour with the girl and each time she takes several minutes to respond. When I finally thought I had found a resolution and proceeded to payment there was no next option so I couldnt pay. After an hour and 15 minutes I gave up. No apology either. Beautiful on the outside but develop excessive mold and mildew on the underside which in turn ended up transferring to my chairs. We bought covers to protect our chairs from the elements, These covers make you protect the chairs from the covers and the mold and mildew they develop. I offered to return them NOT for a refund but for ones that don't develop this problem. The company simply offered a 15% discount which you get more for signing up for the newsletter and then a 30% off which is already on their website. They mention customer satisfaction but it is just a tag line. Go to Yelp to see the pictures of the blue covers on the chairs and then the pictures of the covers underneath.Covers & All

Upon checking the order details, you have ordered the ********** material for your chair cover, and it is a water repellent material (not the waterproof) for the moderate weather conditions. As mentioned on the website, we do not provide the complete protection against the mold & mildew. To avoid such trapped moisture, make sure your chosen cover fits tightly. Additionally, remove the cover after being wet from time to time, and completely dry your belonging before covering again. As we can see that our team has provided the best possible resolution. After receiving over twenty emails and numerous phone calls from this company regarding measuring issues, I had a feeling that I would not get what I ordered from them. I emailed them at least 5 times to cancel the order since it hadnt been shipped or received and requested a full refund only to get yet another email saying that the order is ready to be shipped. I do not want the product and want a full refund. Poor customer service and communication. After reading many other reviews, I see this seems to be a problem for the consumer.Covers & All

I ordered two over-sized sail shades, requiring approval from a supervisor, which was given. Upon receiving & installing these sail shades, we really liked them, but realized we needed 2 more.However, when I tried to order again - only a couple of weeks later - I was told that it was not possible because the limits were 360in on each side.I reminded them that that my first 2 were also above these limits, but were approved and were successfully installed. Couldn't they make an exception for a returning, recent customer, with almost the identical order?Nope. No reason, just that "production" wouldn't allow it. I would have to go to a different material, which I told them would not work in our space.Very disappointing and frustrating. This company clearly follows a "that's our policy" cop-out, rather than taking care of its customer.They lost a once-happy customer and gained this negative review.If you choose to use them, don't expect quality customer service.Covers & All

Worst company to work with. Same issue as many below. Detailed sizes given TWICE wrong size received TWICE. No return possible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COVERSANDALL. It is a shame because the quality doesnt seem too bad. Go elsewhere.Covers & All

Terrible customer service. The bench cover I ordered did not include the extra 2" on product length and width as their web site stated would happen. As a result it deso not fit over the bench. Spent an hour on their chat box on Tuesday explaining what happened, and was told they would respond within ***** hours. After three days, I contacted them again, spent over 2 hours on their chat line explaining the situation to three different people, only to be told I needed to submit a "ticket" (Why didn't they tell me that on Tuesday?), and that they would get back to me within ***** hours (heard that before!) They initially asked for a photo of the cover's label which I provided. But how that confirms that the cover is the wrong size is beyond me.Still fighting with them for a replacement or refund, so I had no optioin other than to file a dispute with my CC.Covers & All

However, the amount of leeway we provide can range from 0 to 2 inches, depending on the size and shape of the item.
