1 star!Do not support this business!Ordered 2 covers and submitted detailed dimensions. **************** emailed 2x for additional information that was provided as requested both times. Order confirmed after customer service said the understood the requirements. 1 starPaid to have shipping expedited. The day I was guaranteed delivery was one day after they shipped from *****. They know good and well it takes far longer than one day to travel from ***** to the states and be delivered to residence. Yes the customer service people are nice on phone but they all know that the product will not arrive even remotely close to date guaranteed. I no longer need my custom tarp because the event will have passed. Im also nervous to see the quality of product if it is to ever arrive.Review fromJeanne W

1 starBuyer Beware! I spent extra for the Cover Tuff. We received the cover 12/20/20. It fit great, but the trim material began disintegrating after about 6-7 months. I ordered this per instructions online as this would be in full sun. I contacted CAA by email in September, no response. 11/1/21 I called and was told to raise a ticket, which I did & uploaded pictures. no response. I had a chat on 6/28/22 and resent the pictures of the now missing trim. On 12/27/22 I received this email from CAA:Hi ******,We apologies for the delay in ************************* We have reviewed the shared images and we are happy to issue a reship of the cover free of charge. However, May we request you share the image of the taffeta label is sewn around the edge of the cover for our record?Upon receipt, we will check and issue a reship.Thank You CAA employee I sent the label and waited . On 3/17/22 I emailed and asked for the status, stating that using the same trim would not be acceptable and if they could not use a higher quality trim, I would prefer a refund of $213.82.1/6/23 I had a chat with CAA and told me I would have a reply in 5 hours. Later, CAA escalation person emailed that the trim material WAS NOT covered and insisted they quality tested all of their "world class" materials. The trim is not an accessory and material. From their website:Each and every product we sell goes through two level of testing and quality assurance. Our 90 day promise guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects, and, if the product fails, breaks, or has a manufacturing defect during that time period, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Coverandall reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether or not the failed product is covered by our guarantee.So, buyer Beware!! 1 starThis company is THE WORST!! I ordered my sofa and chair covers in October and they came in too small. I have spend endless hours on hold with them as they say the concern **** will review your caseIm currently on hold now with ******* for almost 2 hours. Ive lost all my patience and wish I never ordered from them. If they respond to this comment please know they are LYING!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ITS A WASTE OF MONEY! 1 starOrdered Shade Sails from Covers&All. I submitted the dimensions for attachment points per the measuring instructions and received shades that are too big. It was stated that the shades would be 3-4" shorter to account for the stretchable material. I filmed myself measuring the shades per their request but customer service will not accept responsibility for their mistake. Simply put, they delivered shades that are not the correct size and refuse to offer a refund.Review fromJosh T

This is my first review ever and I am 45 yrs old. I ordered custom tarps for the sides of my pavilion. It wasnt cheap but with them being custom I thought it would be worth it. I hung the custom sides and they lasted 2 weeks. 3 out of 5 panels were ripped down the middle. One of them ripped in half. The customer service is beyond bad. They told me that there are temperature limitations even though I still havent found these on the site with the product I ordered. When I ask questions I keep getting told their Escalation Team will respond within 48 hours. Their Escalation team just continues to say they are sorry. So to sum up my ************ is very easy to order and they are helpful up front. The product is VERY poor and their customer service is even worse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!.Covers & All

Agree with all of the other dissatisfied reviews. Product delivered does not fit (not enough leeway). Tried to request an exchange for a replacement, but their customer service **** rejected my request stating my pictures weren't good enough proof. I am left with a cover that doesn't fit and they have my $$. Total waste of money.Covers & All

I should have checked this site before making my order. This company is horrible!!! I ordered on-line and received the wrong dimensions. I input them in their measuring tool as prescribed and they send a totally different size. I have spent time on multiple phone calls to get these returned and my money refunded for their error. The first person in ***** "*****", refused to help refund my purchase and I asked for his supervisor. I spoke with "***" who did not want to hear how they sent the wrong sized panels and this is clearly their error. I offered to return them for a refund and they refused. They would only offer to have me reorder and give me half off a new order. Never did they offer to make this right for their error. ****** their production team and management of the website do not speak with each other. As said in other reviews, DO NOT waste your time and money with Covers And All, they are not a reputable company. They do not care about customer satisfaction.Covers & All

Hi *****, we regret the inconvenience caused. Upon review of your comments, we completely understand that you wanted to place an order for curtains that are a total of 7' in height. The product that you ordered consists of a total of 3 different heights. The first is the fabric that you select, the second is clear material, and the third again the fabric. For both the curtains, we found the top height to be 7' 4", and the addition of the other 2 heights made those much bigger than your requirement. To avoid such issues, we have provided the details on how to measure the products. We hope this clarifies the issue. Horrible **************** and Support. Not real easy to deal with these guys. Simple covers are, good ********************** Stay away from CUSTOM orders, HOPELESS, it does not matter how many pictures, drawings, ******'s, hand drawings, emails, texts and even phone-calls to the design team. They seem to speak/understand english but the truth is far from that. After 4+ month, finally I received my order with the back seat cushions way oversized about 4 inches more in *************** My measurements for the cushions L" x W', I received L+3.5" x W+4.5". Obviousley the Design team sent the wrong measurements to manufacturing. They said that this is what I provided, they updated my order with those measurements and sent me a mockup with the wrong measurements. The solution is really easy, all they have to do is cut the covers and resize them. Instead blaming me that I have provided the wrong measurements. I have copies of my original order, the pictures, drawings etc... sent it all back to INFO Team, finally they told me I should be dealing with the FEEDBACK team. REGARDLESS of which team I dealt with, the answer was the same, it is my fault. I also think that ********** design, manufacturing and feedback teams don't communicate amongst themselves either. They all tell you don't worry, it will be done right for a perfect fit. I was really getting tired of this ******, I asked them to propose a solution, their answer was: THE ONLY WAY IS TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER. After bargaining with them they offered me a fixed order discount. So I placed another order. Now they are telling me they can not guarantee a prefect fit because I'm using my own foam/insert. For a proper fit, they recommend that I should change my order and buy the foam insert. Beware of this company, very very frustrating to deal with or get any resolutions. Don't waste your time and money, take your business elsewhere.Covers & All

1 starWe have spent over $800 on these vinyl covers only to have them rip within hours of putting them up - absolutely horrible customer service when trying to get ********************** and All to warranty it saying it was caused by external force? Not a clue that that is, but would not waste my money on them. They do not care once you have bought their product.
