    Product was horrible quality and did not fit correctly. They would not give me a refund after showing them multiple times proof of my concerns. I highly discourage anyone from purchasing from them. Such a waste of money.

    After going back and forth multiple times because they needed more information multiple measurements were wrong. At this point I was frustrated and asked to have the order canceled. All communication stopped. I tried to cancel the order online. No communication. I waited a month and then called, I was told they had tried to call me and left a message. I asked if they had any intention of following up? They werent sure. I asked for my money back, they ask if they could fix the measurements. I said no. They said they had to transfer me. This happened two more times. Finally before agreeing to refund my money they asked if I would like store credit instead!! All this company cares about is keeping your money. As close to fraud as I have ever seen. Unbelievably poor business.

    I accidently ordered the same order twice. I immediately realized and attempted to rectify it. I was told the order was already in production which had to be impossible due to the time of my order and when I realized it and got in touch with them. They then emailed and said my order was on hold **** thought it was in production. I asked them if my order was on hold why couldn't I cancel the mistake order and just get the original one. I then said if my order is on hold and they are making me pay for 2 orders of the same thing then I would like to cancel my order. They then emailed me again stating if I canceled I would get no reimbursement and I would lose all of my money. I had no choice but to go ahead with my order. Buyer beware...do not use this company. They take your money and that's where it stops. You will not be able to return or modify your order once they have your money. Zero customer service.

    Covers and all did not disclose any return policy when I placed an order on 8/26/24. My mistake for not checking. They will not refund $230 for an unopened order that is no longer needed because of a divorce situation. Said they made it a custom order, but they didnt. They asked for measurements and then said select the closest standard size. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!YOU CAN NEVER RETURN!

After reviewing the registered details, we couldnt find any record of a size suggestion being provided. However, we can confirm that the order was indeed placed as a custom product, not a standard size. While we empathize your situation; we are unable to accept returns for custom-made items.     Zero Stars! But they made me give at least 1 to make the post.I made my 1st order on 9/2. I ordered a heavy duty tarp square in shape, of which I thought had the grommets spaced apart as the picture displayed that next to my order selection. Upon its arrival it was not correct. I am older and asked my daughter to help me make my online purchase and as she was reviewing their website she found a 2nd drop down menu below the original selections where you can change the selected spacing increments between grommets. I told her what I was wanting and she helped me placed the 2nd order on 9/10. The website stated easy returns so I attempt to return the 1st order and was denied. I was offered nothing at 1st. I asked for a contact # and was never given a direct line to speak to someone. Finally they offered a discount on a future purchase but I explained that I had already made a 2nd purchase and since It was the same day if they would cancel it and they did not. Nor did they credit back my credit card for the 2nd purchase that they offered me a discount to me already via email. Apparently, the 2nd order is now in transit and I have had horrible customer service during this process. They "claim easy returns but that is non-existent, and a confusing website with pictures misrepresenting what is actually being ordered. This all over an item costing $14.54 plus tax. This doesn't make me want to tell others to use this company regardless of the quality of the product. If the integrity of the company is this bad why would I ever do business or share with anyone else looking for similar products.

    Covers&All is denying repair for a cover that was delivered with a broken zipper, despite this warranty given on their website:"Covers & All offers a comprehensive 180-day (6 months) warranty covering product failures or ink problems due to manufacturing defects within this period."

    We recently ordered a triangular custom-sized sunshade from Covers & all. We read through the process of providing measurements very carefully. We did include mounting hardware in addition to understanding that this would reduce the measurements even further.We received the shade. I started by installing the two mounting brackets on one wall. As I attached the shade and stretched it to the third attachment point (the opposite wall) I realized that the shade was considerably undersized. Nearly two feet short of what was needed to reach the other wall. No matter how far I extended the mounting hardware, it just would not fit.In addition to this, the measurements that were provided to Covers & all were symmetrical so that the triangle would look even as it stretched across the two walls. Unfortunately, one leg of the triangle was shorter than the other leg so it looked uneven and crooked.We quickly notified Covers & all of the situation. After waiting two days for a response they asked us to provide them detailed photos and videos of the shade. We had to lay the shade out completely flat, and video a tape measure next to each leg of the shade. I understand this, but they also wanted photos of their label, overall photos, etc...A quite lengthy process to demonstrate their error. We waited and waited, and waited.I followed up with them after not hearing back for a few days. They responded that when we video'd the shade it was not laying completely flat and we needed to redo the whole process. I assured them that the shade was completely stretched and that the measurements were accurate that we provided.It's funny that a company that produces a shade nearly 2 feet to short, and uneven measurements calls someone out on their measurements especially when they are provided with the requested photo and video evidence.I can only advise you to think twice if you think this is a company that will stand behind its product.They did not for us.

    I ordered a cover for my patio on May 5, 2024. I placed the order with the specifications. I also spoke to the company following this to ensure everything was in order. On August 11, 2024, I called the company to find the status of the order. I was told that they allegedly sent me a design drawing to my email on May 7, 2024. Apparently, since I didnt respond, my order was cancelled, and I received a store credit, which was issued 5 days ago. I have no other correspondence from the company who unilaterally decided how to resolve this issue. I have searched my email and requested a forwarded copy of the May 7 email to verify. Not surprisingly, I was sent an email dated August 11th to demonstrate that this was in fact sent May 7th. When challenged, I was told that it was my fault for not responding to an email that they cant show me I ever received. *** asked that they return my money instead of providing me with a store credit. Apparently it will take 7 business days to potentially refund it. Im hopeful to receive a resolution to this issue.

Per your requirements, a refund request has been initiated, and it will take a few days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
