    Ordered a cover and when it came time to pay I put in my card to pay for it and a box popped up and said the order did not go through... so I went back and tried paying again and it did the same thing.The next day I get an email saying my order went through unfortunately two orders went through. When I contacted them and explained what had happened to their customer service rep she said she would see what she could do.The next day I get another email asking me to contact them. When I did, ******* ask if I wanted a refund to the card or a credit towards a future order. When my response was a credit to my card he then said it was too late and they couldn't do anything for me.The said part to all of this is I normally recommend them to my clients. I design outdoor living spaces and clients are always looking for covers. Ive ordered their covers in the past but will not in the future or recommend them to clients.

    This company has people that can't use common sense and follow orders even when you send them a picture of the object that you need covered.A friend told me not to use them and I wish I would have listened.Poor customer service. I'm going to have to get my money back through a bank claim.

    I read reviews here after I ordered so I was nervous but everything went great for us. They were a week late but it was the holiday and they were very responsive. The covers are the perfect size for our odd shaped furniture and the fabric is stronger than anything weve had before - and at a much better price.

    Ordered 4 plastic curtains, 18" band on top, 42" clear plastic, 12" band on bottom, length ****', to include grommets every 12" across the top and a chain for weight at the bottom. Grommets are any where from *****" apart (was looking to overlap the ends), chain does not hold down for even a slight breeze. Ordered and paid for expedited delivery and was over a week late, blamed ****** hard to get a product from ***** to the East coast of the USA in under 24 hours. Was only willing to refund half the expedited shipping costs, would have quicker to have just gone with FREE standard shipping.Bottom line, the Chain Weights at the bottom waste of money, and make sure you give a month or two lead time.     Horrible customer service. They didnt send what I asked for. After repacking the product which was a huge undertaking for the person I paid to assemble the tarp, covers all wanted pictures of the tarp! They didnt add the right number of grommets requested and would not take nor refund my tarp back unless they had pictures. Mind you, Im a senior citizen and am not paying another ***** to open this box!!

After reviewing your order details, we have found that the traps were ordered with grommets only in the four corners, and we processed the order accordingly. We do offer resolutions to our customers if there are any errors on our end, but we would require pictures of the errors from the client. As a custom business, we do not accept returns if there will not be any error on our end. This policy is clearly stated on our website's return and refund policy.     Difficult to do business with. **************** is useless, but they think they are quite helpful. Heavy accent customer helper is polite, but very difficult to understand. Had to leave covers sitting outside in sun to loosen them up to get them on. Overall quality of covers not bad, except the covers look like they went thru a war zone with countless wrinkles and creases. The covers look awful even after having been left outside in the sun to try to loosen them ** in hopes wrinkles and creases fall out. **************** said to try using a hair dryer to remove wrinkles and creases. Seriously? Unfortunate because their website allows you to input exact dimensions, which is a very nice feature. Will see if next order is any better. Bottom line: decent quality but very wrinkled, very creased product looks awful but fits quite well. Covers were apparently made overseas in **********, ***** according to shipping documents.

    Don't be fooled by their positive reviews as they don't publish the bad reviews which I would bet exceed the positives. Their customer service is so awful. I was promised a refund but to date, it is beyond the date they indicated I would receive it. Terrible, terrible, terrible company to do business with. I have also filed a claim with my bank.

    Do not buy! I bought three custom covers for a high-end outdoor sofa set, spending ~$500 to do so. I left the covers on for a month while I was on vacation, and upon return the fabric permanently stained my cushions. Despite the cushions only being stained where they came in contact with the fabric, they refused any sort of a refund. They do not stand by their warranty - "The *** Warranty protects against product construct and durability not attributed to daily usage, as well as any material defect." Their customer service is horrible. Spent hours with them, and at the end of the day, I'm walking away with no refund, and having to buy new cushions.Wishing I never found this company!
