    I had a stellar experience with this company. There was a size mismatch on one of my cushions, and the promptly replaced it free of charge. The product, now 3 ******* later, is holding up much better than the original covers that came with the patio furniture.

    I had ordered tarp cover and I received the right size but the wrong color and the wrong quantity of grommet around the edge and when I call customer service I was told I had to email to get the complaint process started and a refund or replacement issued. Thank you

    Poor customer service. No refunds whatsoever, even for stock items. Not worth the risk if the fit is not good. I lost $200.

    I was sent the incorrect size by this company. Even after speaking to a rep on the phone. Please be aware that they do not honor their claims and their customer service is terrible. But at your own risk.e

    Your Website says you add 1-2 inches to selected small table dimensions. This is a misrepresentation. Our Order No. ________ does not fit. I would like a full refund. Judging from other complaints posted here, you do not give refunds, period. We think Covers & All should provide refunds in such cases, but your Owners seem to utterly lack common business sense. We are posting this so other buyers will not buy your products.

    If I could give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute joke. I ordered two covers. One of them was slightly big but it will work. The other is 2 inches too small. I have contacted customer service and they keep saying We have checked your order and allow me to inform you that we have provided the cover as per the requested size. I ordered a cover that is 66 long and I received a cover that is *************************************************************************** its not stretched out all the way. I am measuring correctly and it is stretched out. I have asked for a refund and they are only willing to give me a 30% refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

    STAY AWAYdo not waste your money.First time ordering a hot tub cover from this company. The cover did not meet the needs I needed and immediately less than 24 hours contacted customer service.After 48 hours they responded and to my dismay they do not refund money. All they offer is a reshoot of same item or a store credit.The material and durability will not withstand torrential rains and snow and they refuse to issue a refund for a product that cost more than $300. Unbelievable and disgusting. Stay away!!!

    Pretty simple. This company promotes 20 to 25% discounts on your first purchase all over the *** and their website and that is not how it works. Real example: I was going to purchase a $1200 pool cover. I went all the way to the checkout. I put in the WELCOME20 (It is descibed as a 20% discount storewide) and it took $50 off. I put in the COVER25 (It is described as a 25% discount storewide) and it took $75 off. I called customer support. They told me I did not read the Terms and Conditions. I call this misrepresentation. Very disappointed, ************************* ****** ********
