    Date of the transaction: 9/1/2022 I purchased a sign from Best of Sign Order ID ******************** I paid: $35.63 Problem: Ive never received the products I paid until today 11/5/2022 I talked to the customer service, Ive never received the products for more than 2 months, I dont want it anymore, I need a refund, they said they can not do that.

    Hi *******, we regret the inconvenience this has caused you. We certainly understand this is not the ideal experience we want our customers to have. We have shared the feedback with the concerned department to avoid these kinds of issues in the future. All our shipping carriers have been instructed to leave the packages at a safe location at the delivery address if they find any. The carrier might have been unable to find a safe location and to avoid any theft issues, the package was returned to our warehouse. We have initiated a refund request for the order. It will get processed in 2 business days and might take 7 business days to reflect in your account. We hope the issue is now resolved.

    I ordered a customized table runner with our company logo for a upcoming conference. Paid for priority shipping for a specific delivery date, 10/7/2022 and it is now going to be delivered three days late, 10/10/2022. I made a mistake with the house number in the shipping address as I was sending to someone else. Nothing else changed, same street, city, state and zip code. I contacted them within 20 minutes to let them know. When the sent me the email that the item was shipped, I noticed a later delivery date than what I paid for When I called about the later delivery date they first said that I was never given the original date of 10/7/2022 that I paid extra for even though I have the invoice right in front of me with the delivery date of 10/7/2022 on there. Then they said I didn't let them know until the next day about the address change. Again, I have the email confirmation with a date and time stamp of 20 min after the order was submitted. They refuse to give me a refund for the priority shipping and said there is nothing they can do about the delivery date because it has already been shipped. The attached picture shows the date/time the email was sent informing of the need to change address in addition to the original invoice stating the delivery date of 10/7/2022.

    Hello, *****. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Admittedly, the order delivery date was October 7th, which was later changed due to the printing error. The address change was made, but it had no impact on the delivery day. After a thorough investigation, we discovered that there had been a printing spread issue and had to re-print the order, which had caused the order's ship by date to be pushed back 2 days later than it was supposed to be shipped. Most likely, it was the weekend. We will take full responsibility and are more than happy to provide you with the full shipping fee you paid.     On Aug 12th, 2022 I placed an order for a flag. The design team was great in communicating with me about proofing changes & updates. Once the order was finished I was in touch with a customer service rep for shipping & had arranged for a Sept. 12th delivery, which was ok because I was going out of *************** earlier I would not be here to receive. When I arrived back home on the 11th, I found that ***** had tried to deliver the package on the 6th, 7th & 8th & since 3 attempts had been made the package was being shipped back.I contacted the company on the 11th & they told me that the package was on its way back to the GA warehouse & ensured me that it would be shipped back (This is Key!). They told me that someone from their shipping department would email me with the shipping information, never happened.3 days later I contacted them again to find out where my order was. They told me that it was at their GA warehouse, but that it takes time to put shipping info together & that it was in process to ship.After a few more days of not receiving anything from them, I called them back on the 22nd & requested to speak with a Manager or Supervisor about my order status & shipping. After a long wait period, they informed me that my package was being shipped that day & that I would receive it on the 28th. This was completely unsatisfactory as they even boast about 24-hr turnaround & overnight delivery.I reached out to them again on the 27th to make sure that my order was in route & would be delivered on the 28th. They provided me a tracking number & after looking it up, remember when they told me it was in GA, I found out that my package was being shipped from India!Today, the 28th I looked at the tracking info again & there is no delivery date set. I called them once again & they told me it would take another **** days for my order to arrive. Even knowing that my order was late, they still did not accommodate me with overnight delivery.Buyer Beware!

    Hello, ******. We were deeply disappointed to learn that your interaction with Best Of Signs was unsatisfactory. We always state "delivered on or before Monday, September 12, 2022." This indicates that the order delivery can be tried on the 12th or earlier. The order was returned to ** at our ** facility as a result of someone not being available to accept the delivery. As soon as we learned about your complaint, we initiated the reship process from the GA. However, the package that was returned to us could not be located, so we were forced to ship it from *****, which is where most of our shipments originate. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding that resulted from not having this information communicated to you or knowing that you were aware of it. Your order is on its way.  Although we comprehend that it may have been sent to you overnight, that was not the case. Due to the trouble you experienced, we are pursuing a refund of the entire shipping price you paid for this item. Please accept this small favor.

    On 8/18/22 I ordered a customized flag from this business and paid over $20 for Overnight Priority shipping, as oppose to their free or standard shipping. After placing my order, the delivery date revealed the delivery data as 8/24/22. Initially, I assumed the product would be completed and shipped on 8/23/22 because I paid for the Overnight Priority shipping. I received an email on the night of 8/19/22 indicating my order had been shipped that evening and expected to arrive on 8/24/22. I reached out to BestofSigns, and through numerous communications was told basically there's nothing to be done, I have to wait for the 8/24/22 arrival. With their standard shipping, I would have received the product in the same time frame. I demanded my payment for shipping be refunded, as they failed to honor their service, and each time my demand was ignored. Charging a customer additional fees for a service not rendered is fraudulent. I want a full refund for services not rendered.

The delivery date on your order was 24th August, as our dispatch date is automatically calculated based on your postal code and the transit time received from the shipping carrier's servers and weekends. Along with that, the delivery date depends on the proofing service you opt for. Thus, as per the details, you will receive your order by 24th August as per the confirmed delivery date, and we are not liable for any refunds for your order.
