This company should be shut down!!! My has not arrived for an upcoming event honoring a U.S. Veteran. I ordered from them because their address is based in ************* ***** order is sitting in ***** right now, customer service is in *****, after reading the reviews, I do not believe this company exist in the ***. I asked for the phone number to the ** location. They don't have one. And I'm not convinced that my order will arrive in time for this wonderful occasion. AND yes, I'm a victim of paying for priority shipping aswell!!!They should not be allow to operate with a U.S address without acutally being in the location. I am continuing an investigation into the address provided. I'm going to GA police if the address is bogus. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! And please don't bother to respond with your scripted response....Best of Signs

Wed also like to clarify that we are a global business, and it cannot guarantee where the production will happen for each product and order. I am a disappointed customer.I ordered this banner then canceled the order no more than 5 minutes later realizing that it was the wrong art work plus I missed out on a deal.The website allowed me to do this. So I put in a new order with the right art work and including the deal, which was only $5 off.Regardless of the website allowing me to cancel this order I received an email the following day saying too bad you cant cancel this. It's already been printed." WHAT?!So now I have two orders in. As a poor artist this is a lot of money for me.We had some back and forth emails about this. Eventually I got an email saying they would refund the shipping and tax which was a total of *****.I thought you were providing me with good customer service that youd give me back some of my money for the inconvenience plus would ship me the extra banner.INSTEAD. You gave me back half my money and are not sending me the banner. This was unclear. If youre not going to send me the banner I should receive a full refund. I have now given you $25.30 for free. YOU STOLE FROM ME. The website should make it more clear that you can not cancel an order or it should provide the appropriate options to cancel an order properly. This is not my fault. Please ********** NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. But if you do, beware, make sure your order is perfect because you can not make any mistakes.Best of Signs

Our product arrived with damaged sides. We've contacted the company three times with no response. As of now, the product is unusable, and the lack of customer service is disappointing. We will update our review if and when we hear back from the company.Best of Signs

UTTER FAILURE: Misleading ***************** Promises!Twice this company has failed us spectacularly. Despite paying extra for "priority" shipping, orders arrived AFTER our events. Adding insult to injury? They deceptively ship from *****, despite a likely US presence.The core issue: they CANNOT deliver on shipping promises. "Extra extra priority" was useless. Second order, with ample lead time and MORE paid for "fastest" shipping, was FIVE DAYS LATE, missing our setup window. Their "priority" is a joke.NEVER ordering again. Operating with a US front while shipping internationally without transparency is unacceptable.While the lightweight product is okay (color can be off), it's overshadowed by shipping disasters and awful customer service. They dismissed our late deliveries, claiming "priority" was just an estimate, despite our premium payments.Fair prices and easy ordering don't excuse their unreliability and deception. As a non-profit, we can't waste funds on this. ***** this company unless you enjoy late deliveries from ***** and dismissive service. You've been warned.Best of Signs

Additionally, our design team has mentioned in the comment that the provided artwork contains neon colors, whereas we print in the **** color profile. This may have resulted in the color appearing different from your expectations. The order has been shipped out as per the approval on the artwork and comment.

1 starTerrible. Terrible. Terrible. After receiving an order for a banner that I had to fight for, I used the banner once and it ripped. Even though I paid extra for better quality. When contacting the customer service, not only were they short & not helpful, they received to take responsibility or rectify the situation with a suitable solution. They offered a 15% discount off a new product. And as I asked, why would I purchase more from a company that doesnt sell great products. Dont purchase from them at all!Review fromNiall G

Their online purchasing process was not honest. The order was late, incomplete and then I was asked to pay $350 for something originally advertised for $40.Ouch. Ever like you have been seriously scammed?Turn away before its too late.Best of Signs

Hello *****, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As a custom business, we offer the option to add the graphic and hardware separately to the website product page. Our previous customers might only require one of these if they have purchased the same product from us before. The order was placed for the graphic only and delivered accordingly. Also, the price will differ as per the options selected.
However, due to the delay in delivery, we have initiated a refund request for the shipping charges. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This company messed up my order at literally every phase of production. They made unsolicited changes to my artwork that was specifically made to the size of the banner I ordered. Luckily I ran interference (twice) before the order was confirmed. I then paid over $100 for expedited shipping, and only 3 of 4 items arrived. The company asked that I provide photo proof that only 3 items arrived..... I sent pictures of the 3 that did, but they then claimed this was insufficient evidence that the 4th item never arrived.This was for a time sensitive event which is why I paid so much for rush shipping. The complete order didn't arrive in time and yet Best Of Signs refuses to refund my rush shipping, or refund me for the banner that never arrived. They offered to send it again, which, pointless but okay.... and then it arrived without the hardware that I paid for it to go with.These guys are extremely incompetent, negligent, and malicious. They will give you the runaround and hope you just get fed up enough to forfeit the money you paid for items that you ultimately won't receive.Best of Signs
