    I was sold a 58 Hisense ******* at ******* in *************** which has sound issue and is driving us crazy. I have exhausted all avenues of troubleshooting with both Hisense and Roku who is blaming each other leaving me in the middle. All I want is my money back I have the receipt and been put off long enough.

    We bought a Hisense tv and on the 32nd day when we turned it on it was broken, 1 third of the screen was black and the rest was all blue and red lines, we tried to return it to ******* and the manager did try to refund us but we were 2 days over the return policy so it couldn't be done, she advised us to contact Hisense so we did but they got back saying "sorry, but there isnt anything we can do" they weren't interested at all! In other words, TOUGH, it was our bad luck! We've had Hisense tv's in the past with no problem but i will never buy another one!

    Purchased a ********** April 2024. Few days ago the bottom of the screen got blurry and on some channels the information at the bottom flickers and bounces. I wrote the company and gave them all of the information they ask for only after asking if I need to take it a step further and contact the BBB. They ask for all the information again adding additional information and asking for photos of the screen with the tv on and off and copies of the receipt which can all be found in the first information I sent them. With that email I told them they could go F themselves and to stick it up their corporate a**es. Then told them I would be coming here to file my complain. They arent worth a star but in order to post this I have to give them at least 1 star. Guess they dont want to replace it or spend any money since they have to pay athletes millions to pro their products like they would use them.

    My second freezer chest by house Hisense neighther last over four years .will not recommend that brand.Customer service not willing to issue ten percent coupon for my third one .Stay away from Hisense products

    I would leave no stars if possible. I bought a dehumidifier and it isn't even a year old and it started being loud. I called CS, the responded and I sent in the paperwork, a picture, but I refused to cut the power cord until i had a replacement. It is used daily and emptied about 2 or 3 times a day. They will NOT replace unless I send a picture of the cut power cord. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I asked for a refund and they said the couldn't guarantee a refund and would still need a picture of the cut cord. It isn't even a year old??

    I bought an 85-inch TV (HISENSE 85A6N ************** in February/2025 and when it was this week I went to turn on the TV and it had problems on the screen, I contacted Hisense through chat, after sending photos of the screen image that has many lines vertically and horizontally, the attendant informed me that based on the images the unit shows signs of damage, which voids the warranty. So I told her that she could send a technician to my house and check if the TV has any scratches, dents, scratches or anything broken, it is disgusting to give a diagnosis like this just from a photo. Very, very sad and disappointed with this my first purchase of this brand.

    Bought a new 85inch television and within 10 days it was acting up. After calling over 10 times about the issue they want ME to go and download software updates and install them on a brand new tv now they wont service the tv unless I have a company come unmount it after paying to mount it. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    My Hisense tv is 3.5 years old and stopped working. There was zero damage done to it. I was actively watching a tv show when the screen went blank. Of course customer service was of no assistance. They sale lemons! You will not get your moneys worth. I have a flat screen from 2008 that still works perfectly and two others that Ive had longer than the Hisense that is no longer functional. But a different brand! Dont let the sales lure you in.

    My fridge was just delivered, and there was a crack in the door shelf. So I called *********************** twice. First there was woman that answered and her tone already sounded tired annoyed and disingenuous. I told her she was being rude/disrespectful. I had to hang up, bc instead of acknowledging and rectifying she stated Im not being disrespectful/ rude. Called a second time. To try and get a different representative. Told him my issue and he hung up. Call didnt drop I have full signal. I too work at a call center, and I do take pride in not mixing my personal issues and state and projecting it to paying customers!!!! Felt more likepayback hang up, than anything else. But cant prove it obviously I wasnt there. I hope they all the day they deserve.

    Hisense; aside from having the most unreliable electronics and radio equipment/ products, also happen to have the most irresponsible and **** customer service operators in the history of consumer product customer care. Honestly do not know how ********************** has an A+ rating from the BBB, seems like someone is not doing their inspections and service quality checks correctly or someone might be paid under the table. Thank goodness the BBB is not affiliated with any government entities or I wouldve been reported this inconsistency with the *** general inspector.
