My Tesla authorized collision repair shop gave me *****' number at Allens Automotive Appraisal. We had a truck sideswipe our car and do about $6,000 worth of damage. The insurance agency of the person who hit us doesn't offer Diminished Value payment unless you ask for it and submit a request. If anyone reading this is wondering if it is worth *****' price...it is. The report I received back was unbelievable and thick. Everything from the repair with photos and explanations, listings of used car values right down to the CARFAX that showed my 2021 ***** had an accident. No denying that this would affect my re-sale value one day.The report showed the diminished value and amount we were asking for. Of course the insurance company got their own appraiser and came back with a lower value but with this report I was able to negotiate to almost 80% of the DV that ******* told me to. This is a HUGE WIN and using a cheaper appraisal company with an inadequate report never would have gotten me the same results. I've told 10 people about *******...and now I'm writing a BBB review. Hopefully that tells you a lot.

The insurance company offered a few thousand dollars for the diminished value claim on my 2019 Tesla Model 3. ***** and his team at ******* Automotive Appraisal were able to more than double my diminished value payment. ******* Automotive Appraisal did a great job. ***************** offered only $2000 for diminished value on my body repairs on my 2020 Tesla. After fees for ******************* I netted $7200, an increase of $5200 over what I was initially paid. I highly recommend working with ***** and his team to get your insurance company to pay what the law requires as opposed to the low-ball diminished value figure they typically offer.Allen's Automotive Appraisal, LLC

***** provided a very detailed report that pushed the insurance company to increase their offer by 6.4x for Diminished Value. In the end with very little back and forth required we secured 8x their original offer for DV!
