***** is an awesome guy and great to work with. I was rear-ended in my 2022 Tesla Model Y back in October 2023. The insurance company decided that $31,000 and five months to fix my car was acceptable. I contacted ***** and his team in January to start the assessment of my vehicle's diminished value. They handled everything, including the umpire process. ***** got me about $6,000 more than what the insurance initially offered! I highly recommend ***** to anyone who is ever in an accident. My insurance company was attempting to offer me the bare minimum in diminished value for my luxury vehicle. All I can say is WOW! ********************* is the absolute GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) when it comes to diminished value claims. Recently I was parked in a parking lot, not even with my car. The *** that hit me caused over $10K+ in damages and my car was in the repair shop for 7+ weeks. When I describe ***** the ***** there is no one in the diminished value industry from coast to coast that has more experience, knowledge, understanding, wisdom or expertise than *********************. His customers are his NUMBER ONE and he will fight harder than anyone to ensure the insurance companies pay you top dollar for your diminished value claim. With my $10K+ repair, initially my insurance company declined any diminished value claim (mistake.... very big mistake insurance company). I took my claim to ***** and he got me so much more than I ever dreamed of! When the insurance company tried to negotiate, ***** said "no-no" and got me 5X what the initial offer was. ***** is persistent, tenacious and takes care of his clients better than anyone I've ever retained. Who even offers a satisfaction guarantee...nobody but ***** because he's going to win every time! There's only one NUMBER ONE and that is *********************!Allen's Automotive Appraisal, LLC

I don't know what I would have done without *********************. I was involved in a bad car accident. The insurance agency responsible for the damages was bullying me and my hands were tied behind my back. Even though ***** is an appraiser, I contacted him early on because I had no idea where to turn. He guided me through the mess I was in with the crooked insurance agency to get my car fixed on MY terms. Don't think for a second you are beholden to the insurance agencies' whims. 4 1/2 months later, my car was repaired and ***** fought for me to get as much money as possible for the damages. I am incredibly grateful to ***** for helping me through this absolutely awful, immoral mess we all find ourselves in when we actually need our insurance to work for us. It is criminal!
