      So far I love it. I was truly surprised by the complaints. However, after reading the individual complaints, there was only one I agree had a legitimate issue that wanted a refund for one account after somehow ending up with a duplicate account that had no usage.
      I found the attendants very helpful and explained I was joining a club that allowed for daily service and I would be billed the normal monthly rate after the first months promotional rate.
      The majority of the complaints were placed by individuals confused by this concept and somehow felt tricked into monthly billing.
      Certainly I understand the frustration of the owner of the 10 yr+ vehicle who had a broken glass, however, the restrictions state that they are not responsible for damage to vehicles 10 yrs old and older.
      After reading these complaints and making an individual assessment of their validity, I have joined the club and am pleased with the program.

      **********, ** location severely damaged my 2012 Dodge Ram ****, then claimed my truck was defective. Force of the water and brushes ripped off the puddle light on the driver's side door mirror. Glib response from local management basically said, "Sorry, but it's your problem, not ours." Use this car wash at your own risk; if your vehicle is damaged they will NOT arrange a repair, or accept any responsibility.

      I give them zero stars they are disrespectful uncooperative do not want to give a refund. Do not explain how to cancel your stuff they keep stealing your money. They’re employees at the washes. Do not know how to wash a vehicle. I done sent mine through three times in the same day, and still had the same dirt on my vehicle, very rude and disrespectful. The business should be shut down permanently.

      Beware!!
      Went here once in August and was offered a month of washes for the same price as one wash $10 (no other info). Now months later I'm noticing repeated charges for $23.97 not having been back since that one visit. I was never told this charge would be recurring and I did NOT authorize a monthly membership withdraw. Check your transaction histories, this is crooked business practice! Never going back, scary how you can be charged monthly by a "reputable business" without your knowledge just from using your credit card!

      They trick you and don’t even tell you that they’re putting you on a monthly pay plan. I asked for a refund for something I never agreed to. The girl told me they can’t give refunds. It’s their policy, even though I never agreed to a monthly payment. I never signed anything. They never explain this to me!!! I feel as they trick you into paying monthly, without even telling you. I will never go to this car wash again. I will write a bad review on every single one of their social media accounts.

      I spoke with an Anna and also another rep and they both refused to give me a refund on the day of the charge within less than a hour of being charged. They were rude and did not try to make me as a customer happy. They sent out no reminders at all! Their terms and conditions says they don’t do mid month refunds but it’s not mid month it’s the 2nd!!!! I’m contacting a lawyer Monday. This company is rich off of stealing customers money through memberships and refusing to give it back!!!

      This company has been charging my credit card for a membership for a whole year. I did not sign up for this. I received a text message and I never completed the registration, so I don't know how a membership was started for me. I contacted them and explained everything to them. I told them I had not been using the services, and all they gave me back was 3 months. They have charged me a total of $352 for a service that I did not use. I did not even know I had it. Three months is only $96. So they will keep $256 for nothing! I even asked if they would give me 6-8 mths free going forward so that I could at least utilize the services, and they don't even want to do that. This company is flat-out wrong for this. They can clearly see that I haven't been using the services - haven't been taking my car to get washed, hence I had no idea I was under a membership plan with them. You would think that they would be kind enough to find a better solution than just a $96 refund.

      My husband and I stopped in early October to sign up for unlimited washes for two cars. We were charged $37.42 ($34.95 + tax) for the first and $22.47 ($21.00 + tax) for the second car. Since we were both in the car, we asked the attendant, twice, if that was the price we would be paying going forward. We were assured it was.

      During the first three weeks, I took my car in and asked about the price of upgrading. I then found out that the actual monthly price for two cars was $39.95 for the first and $34.95 for the second and that the first amount we paid was a "promotion". That word was NEVER spoken at our first visit. We decided to cancel the subscription. We again went to the car wash and told the attendant we didn't feel we got value for the number of times we washed the cars and would rather pay each time. We asked to not renew the subscription. We did this 1 week prior to the subscription renewal date. The attendant at said he was sorry to see us go but ..."No problem...I'll take care of it". Guess what?? Charge for $80 hit my account. Tried to reach out through their website with no success. Finally called "customer service" and because the guy didn't give me a receipt for the cancellation, they won't give me a refund. The guy didn't offer a receipt. Called "customer service" again, to give them a chance to do the right and decent thing and they refused. I could go to the location and speak with them but there is nothing anyone in the "home office" will do. So, I don't get a refund for services I didn't use because some guy at the location didn't do his job? Nice gimmick. There are too many car washes to be treated like this. ZERO STARS!! NEVER WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
