      I canceled my account at the car wash on 10/11/2023, I drove my 2004 yukon xl threw the washer and the brush thing thatvcome from the top bust my back glass. I immediately notified the manager who was on site and he took my information and told me that he had to contact the corporate office. He called back and said that since my car was over 10 years old they was not responsible for the damage. The damage is over $900. If I could leave ZERO stars I would!

      I canceled my account at the car wash on *****2023, I was still charged $49.99 to my credit card. I contacted the corporate phone number and spoke with Page and she said that since I did not receive a cancelation in writing that they would not cancel my account or refund my money. This is not good business practice and is a shameful and scummy way to run your business operations. I will be reporting to my credit card company and am livid by the service your company has provided! If I could leave ZERO stars I would!

      UNETHETHICAL BUSINESS! I discovered Tidal had duplicate accounts for me for 18 months. Upon contacting them, the CS Rep, Laura identified the duplicate account canceled it and refunded me 6 months. She said she had to forward me to the Review Team. Then I had to deal with Paige who told me there was nothing else she could do...even though they acknowledged it was a duplicate account with no usage because they could see I have ONE VEHICLE! They immediately canceled the duplicate account because they didn't need me to confirm which account needed to be canceled. They could verify that by the usage and see there was none on the erroneous account. Despite these facts she refused to give me the full refund. They still owe me an additional $360.82 but refuse to give it to me.
      Not only do they refuse to give me the money, they refuse to explain to me the business justification for keeping the money. If you think the money is owed to you, why? What services were rendered? The services my vehicle receive were paid in full through the other account and you've confirmed that by keeping that one open and telling me I had to initiate the cancellation of that one on the website. They are STEALING MONEY! I can't be the only person and this can't be the only time. Whether it is Paige or a company policy, this is not the first time. It is too comfortable for her to be so firm in the constant denial of refunding money she has admitted is owed to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL, STEALING COMPANY. This is likely something systemic with them.

      I tried to cancel my subscription 3 times and it wouldn’t allow me to do it online! Now they have charge my card so I call customer service to cancel my subscription and possibly get a refund Emily from corporate told me that they don’t allow refunds and I could’ve canceled within 7 days and told me well you can get it from the lady at the car wash then!! She is very rude and nasty!! I will never go there again! It’s not about the money it was how rude and nasty Emily was!! As long as she in corporate office they will continue to loose business

      Do NOT Do Business with this company. They stole $89.97 from my checking account. They charged my card 3x's @ $29.99 a pop without my approval. Call and they only want to approve return 2 of 3 charges. Totally RUDE people. Theft By Deception. I NEVER signed up for anything. Went legal route and due to the small amount they can do nothing about it. So pulling FRAUD on my card and disputing the transactions. I also will be getting with an Attorney to instigate a Class Action Law Suit against this shady company. I have done my due diligence. I hate a liar and thieves, which is exactly what this company represents. God Bless and Good Luck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      They are price gouging, because they haven't any competition.
      We were there about a month ago, the wash was $12.
      Today it is $21 ???
      For $12 now you get tire shine, not a wash.
      We don't blame the employees working there, it is all management.
      Will not go back!!

      First visit we sold a 30 day unlimited visits. Was sold at introductory price of $14.99 but was not told our checking account would be charged a monthly fee of $29.99. Have tried to cancel three (3) times and they won’t cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I guess I am going to have to take legal action at this point! Terrible company!

      The worse customer service you can ever deal with. Impossible to reach .
      Last month I joined to try the service at the Luz florida location. I have been told that I can cancel the membership
      Never authorize to auto pay. I should receive notification prior.
      Today I received notification that they deducted from my card without my permission. Tried to reach customer service to stop it since I am not happy with it. Impossible to reach.
      The couple of times I went last month came out with issues with the car.
      They must refund me immediately.
      This is a RIP OFF and misleading info when I enrolled
