      I was looking at my credit report and 1st Franklin had run my credit multiple times without my approval. They recently updated the website or something I can no longer sign into my account to pay my bill I do not have transportation and now I'm 2 payments behind I tried to set up a account again & now its telling me the security question is wrong

      I am writing to formally dispute inaccuracies on my credit report related to Account Name: ********************************** Number: ************Open Date: 11/19/2021 As a victim of identity theft, I have filed a report with ***************** and the appropriate authorities. These unauthorized entries violate my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), specifically:Section 605B allowing for the blocking of fraudulent information resulting from identity theft,Section 611 providing the right to dispute inaccurate information,Section 623 mandating data furnishers to report accurate information.Enclosed are copies of my identity theft report and other supporting documents. I request prompt investigation and removal of these erroneous entries.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      When I opened the loan all the interest was added to the amount of the loan When I opened it which determined the amount of my payment I had to pay each month which was ****** monthly and that was the amount that came off the balance every month until I made a payment on 10/28/2024 that's when I noticed that they only applied ***** to my balance and ***** to the interest that I was already being charged for. I made them aware of the problem and they told me that that had installed a new system prior to making my payment which shows now that are charging you month to month interest now to the interest you were already paying. My last payment was ****** cause I'm trying to pay it off early but if they keep adding interest to interest that's not going to happen soon. Please help if I'm wrong I will apologize for mistake. But I think they didn't think I would notice. Thanks for your attention.

      I called and asked whether or not my due date can be changed or my interest rate can be lowered I got the answer of no. I have been a customer for years and this is crazy high. Each payment I make everything goes to interest. This is causing a hardship and I cant work that much because of my sons schedule and him being disabled. I just need help.

      I called on Monday to speak with ****** and I was told she wasn't there and they would have her call me. She didn't. They called today and asked for a payment which I have beeping saying I normally pay around the 15th. I asked about the call from the ****** and they said she isn't going to talk to me because she already said there is nothing they can do .So I am following up again with you because A this point it will never get paid. I don't work that much because of my child's current condition. You can take the shed if you want and it worth more than the loan itself.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Hello,
      I called on Monday and was informed that ****** was out and someone would call me back. However, that never happened. When I received a call about payment, I asked about the callback and if I could speak to her. The representative put me on hold and returned to say that ****** would not be talking to me about the same question. I wasnt given a chance to discuss my hardship.
      When I made my payment on the 15th and inquired about changing the due date, I was told it would be fine, without being informed that it would be considered late. I dont understand why my credit needs to be pulled again to address my hardship, especially since someone has already stolen my identity.
      I have followed the instructions from your first email and am now reaching out here. Calling hasnt helped; *** requested a manager twice but still haven't received a call back. Additionally, before my last payment, a staff member mentioned I could qualify for a lower rate, but now Im being told I cannot.
      Im not asking for muchjust to move my due date, which many companies accommodate, and for a lower rate so I can pay off my loan. Im struggling financially and cannot afford food or medication. My health insurance has been canceled, but you are still getting your payments.

      As per 15usc 1611 Experian TransUnion and Equifax is criminally obligated. I'm requesting they eliminate this supposed obligation from my shopper reports, transmit installments to me for infringement.       The underlying company 1st Franklin Finance currently appears on my Transunion Equifax and Experian Credit Report as an account I did not open. It was open due to identity theft in which Experian, Transunion and ******* has forwarded theft documents receive from me to 1st Franklin Finance early August 2024 in which they have not complied under Federal law Fair Credit Reporting Act as it relates to identity theft. I have tried every possible way to resolve this matter amicably with 1st Franklin Finance. As 1st Franklin Finance have violated federal law, by not providing the credit bureau ******** Credit reporting agency notice to have there company name removed from my credit report due to identity theft. If this matter persist I will would be seeking compensation in damages per violation, ( Defamation, Negligent Enablement of identity Fraud, Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( including but not limited to Section *****) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( including but not limited to Section 623-a-F3.
