      I am writing to bring to your attention a fraudulent account on my credit report. After careful review, I have identified the following account, which I did not open or authorize:Creditor Name: 1ST FRANKLIN Opened Date: 11/30/2018 Account Number: ************I have never conducted any business with 1ST FRANKLIN or authorized the creation of this account. This entry was clearly made without my consent and is harming my credit standing.Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), I have the right to dispute and request the removal of inaccurate information from my credit report.

      I am not liable for this debt with 1st Franklin, I paid back the loan and I no longer have a contract with 1st Franklin. they will not remove the debt off my credit report after I paid back the debt.

      For 2 months they took out an extra $100. I am on SSI have disability. I live on a $100 a month. I am homeless and I have always made these payments for 2 months. They took an extra $100 out on me and this. Month I have not paid them. I stopped the payment because I had it set up to come out of my bank account. I do not want to deal with these people anymore. I am a very sick woman. . I have always paid but what they did was wrong and at the time they did it. I had had a complete nervous breakdown. And they were very ugly hateful and rude. And I would like to close this account out at my age and my health. I could care less if it goes against my credit. But they have been checking my credit for the past couple of years that I have always made my payments because it was set up to come out of my bank. And I Am not the only one. stop, I have no way of stopping it but to go to my bank every month.And stop the payment or either change my account..I'm a very sick lady.I cannot do this.Please help me solve this problem.Thank you.over years you have made enough money off of me to pay the complete payment over and over. With my health I probably won't live long enough to pay you. I have talked to the BBB and they informed me that Oct through the beginning of jan 2025 you have done this to people that didn't even have a lone from you, and messed there credit.

      The company made an unauthorized transaction on my account. I do not have a recurring payment set up and I have no account information on file. The amount is $124.67. This is the second time that they have done that resulting in overdraft fees on a bank account that I no longer use. They need to reverse the charge and remove the account information from wherever they put it . I have ata hed a screen shot showing that I have no stored bank information in my account. I did this after the first time they made an unauthorized transaction.

      My husband passed on 9-25-24. I called 1st Franklin to let them know and I was told that there was credit life on the account and I did not need to make another payment. I checked my credit report and they charged off $610 because 1. they did not file the insurance in a timely manner or 2. did not back date the claim to time of death. They never called me, sent a bill or tried to contact me any other way. I do not believe that there should be a charge off status on my account.

      The last payment I made to Franklin Financial was not properly credited to my account, not have any of them been. My balance was 1300 and I paid them *******. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure the remaining balance SHOULD total ******. So when they started harassing me for over 400, I got to thinking when I got this ***** lil loan, they made me sign into an agreement with my car. Kind of like a title loan business. So if I truly owed them any money at all, why hasnt there been any attempt to recover it by seizing my vehicle???! Because they are full of s::!

      I first contacted the company back in June 2024 to see if I could get approved for a loan because Was not approved I was trying to help her out because she had needed help. They had denied her and I had talked to someone there and they had said I was approved for $800. My best friend had promised me that she was gonna pay me back for the loan which my best friend lied to me and did not pay me back. I started making payments on the first loan I had paid them $300 for the loan at that time they did not switch over to any new programs or anything which was easy for me to make payments over the computer I went back and called them because my best friend is having problems again and needed more help with money so second time they approved me for another $600 and at that time they told me that they had a new system going and then Id have to call in with my credit card and that I could not make payments over the computer which was very difficult for me because my best friend was not making any payments to me which she had made promises to me that she was gonna make the payments and start helping me because the money was for her and was not attended for me at all if I had known that my best friend was not gonna pay me back for these two loans that I had helped her get I would never have gone in and gotten these loans at all first Franklin financial has done nothing but harassed me called my phone threatened me and done. Nothing but made my life a living. H*** I talk to someone at another first Franklin finance who has told me that this lady is not supposed to be harassing me like this. Ive been waiting for a supervisor to get back to me to let me know what to do about this. Ive gone to **** consumers about this. Ive let other people know about this and reported this to the higher up because this is getting out of hands. This lady has made comments on my phone that Ive come into their branch just to get money not to pay them back, which is untrue. I have lost my income.

      There are discrepancies I have noticed in interest charges applied to my loan account. The online portal does not have any documents for me to view regarding interest, terms of agreement, etc. I am requesting A copy of the original loan agreement, including the terms and conditions related to interest rates, repayment schedules, and any fees associated with the loan.

      I am writing to express my frustration with an unresolved issue regarding payments made to 1st Franklin Financial on ********************* in ********, **. On 10/28/2024, I made a $150 payment, and on 11/6/2024, a $50 payment, both using my routing and account number. To date, neither payment has been deducted from my checking account, which is highly unusual, as prior payments have been processed promptly.Both payments were made after the implementation of their "new system," and despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, the issue remains unresolved. In one of my recent calls, I was told a ticket would be opened with their IT/Helpdesk department, and I was advised to call back on 11/18/2024 for an update if I had not been contacted. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up.When I called the branch today, the representative informed me that no updates had been received and, when pressed, stated, "I dont know what to tell you," adding that no one else in the office had any answers either. The representative was unable to provide meaningful guidance and instead suggested I visit the branch in person for future payments.Furthermore, I was told that if the payments have not been deducted yet, they likely will not be processed. This response is unacceptable, as I cannot rely on such uncertainty, especially given the lack of communication from the 1st Franklin ******* is concerning that the office is quick to contact me when payments are overdue, yet unresponsive when I seek assistance. The suggestion to make payments in person is not a practical solution, especially when the issue has not been addressed.I also left a message with their corporate office in ******, **, requesting a return call from the ***************************** However, I am doubtful I will receive a response.I trust you understand my frustration and respectfully request the assistance of the BBB to get a prompt and thorough resolution to this matter.
