      I was never notified on this hearing, or about it being granted. With the account being closed and wrote off I also never received a legal tax form, which was stated in the original complaint.

      ******* miss lead us on a loan. We are in good standings with our loan and never been late. ******* called us offering us more money that was allegedly available and after she got the ok to run our credit for that said amount. ******* came back with a much lower amount. I specifically asked what was the catch before giving the ok to run my credit and was told nothing and I also repeated the amount that ******* said was available twice. ******* never said it was up to that amount she made it sound like it was a sure thing. ******* told us she would not be calling us if it was not available. I dont appreciate trying to be hustled this is not the way you pitch loans. I never would have agreed to my credit being ran again if I would have been told from the start what the stipulations were.

      I am rejecting this response because: when ******* called she said I have $3,000 available for you not I have up to $3,000 or not that it is depend on your credit. ******* made it sound like a sure thing and even said I would not be calling if this was not available The way ******* used her verbiage to get us to agree to run our credit was a very low handed sketchy hustle mentality and under handed way. *****, the branch manager did not seem to care the way that ******* got us to agree to run our credit. ****** only concern was well you agreed to have it run.

      AS A CONSUMER I AM SUBMITTING THIS REPORT TODAY. THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES TRANSUNION, EQUIFAX, EXPERIAN, INNOVIS, LEXISNEXIS, FACTORTRUST, ******** AND ARS HAVE VIOLATED 18 USC 1028A, WHICH PROHIBITS AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT. THIS VIOLATION OCCURED WHEN THESE ENTITIES FURNISED INFORMATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT. INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS 1ST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORP 882202XXXXXX ON MY CONSUMER REPORT. ADDITIONALLY, THEY HAVE CONTRAVENED 15 USC 1681B, which outlines the permissible purpose of consumer reports. I have requested Form SSA-89 from FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORP WHICH IS A FORM THAT SHOULD BE FILLED OUT, THEN SIGNED BY THE CONSUMER (MYSELF) AS PROOF OF APPLYING FOR THE SAID CREDIT. THE CREDITOR THEMSELVES DO NOT HAVE SUCH DOCUMENTATION AS THS, WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE FAILED T DO THEIR JOB AS A RESPONSIBLE CREDITOR AND KEEP SUCH FILES IN THEIR RECORDS FOR THESE REASONS, SO THAT IF IT IS REQUESTED WE WILL KNOW WHO, WHAT WHDEN AND WHERE TO PROCEED ON SAID CASES AS THIS IN THE EVENT OR FRAUD AND IT IS DEEMED AS SO MY PRIVACY HAS BEEN VIOLATED AS WELL 5USC55SA!!!!       This company are lies to the people to pull your credit I told them I didnt have anything on my credit file and that I was discharged from chapter 7 bankruptcy and they told me they will try to help when they pull my credit I was told something else when I called they said I have to have buildup credit before they can give me a loan but when I told them I didnt have credit they went on to pull my credit knowing they wasnt going to approve my loan this company is full of it and lies to people

      In August someone cashed a mailed out loan agreement check from First Franklin Financial. This was not a check we asked for. However, it was cashed fraudulently. I was contacted in September for payment. I went into the office to dispute. They showed me the check that had been cashed at a check cashing business. It was not my signature or phone number. I was informed I would have to file a police report. I did. I returned to FFF to give them the information. They informed me this was all that was needed. The next month I started receiving multiple calls a week seeking payment for the $2000. I explained qnd they said they would take care of it. Then, 2 months ago, they decided to report it to my credit. I had a 780 credit score. I took another day off of work to go speak to them. I was I formed that I would have to fill out the fraud paperwork and provide proof of residency. At no point over the previous 3 months was this told to me. Furthermore, the paperwork would need to be notarized. I filled out thr paperwork and returned it. I was informed it would be filed with their fraud department and taken care of. Last month, it hit my credit again and I continued to receive payment calls. When I received the next call it was from a different office. I asked her to look into my file and explained the situation. She informed me that the local office could not deal with the situation at this time due to internal issues. They informed me they would contact me back and file the paperwork immediately because it had not been filed. I just checked my credit and it was hit again and is now at 651.

      I am rejecting this response because my credit has been impacted over 100 points due to being reported the last 2 months. I would like to know how this is going to be addressed before accepting an offer. 

      Furthermore, when I spoke to the police department they gave me a case number only. I did not receive a copy of a police report. I was informed by the officer that the banking company could request further information if needed. 

      I appreciate the dispute being addressed and no longer being reported; however, I would like to know how my credit will be fixed by FFC.

      1st Franklin keeps doing hard inquiries on my Credit without permission. I called today on 1/2/2023 to ask the manager ***** why was he doing that and he advised me because a balance was due and if I dont pay $429.29 h*** be forced to move forward. I asked him wasnt that illegal to keep pulling my report without consent and he stated no, its in their policy. I asked him to send the contract where it says they can and he said he cant send it to me. He told me just to dispute it. I advised him that its fraudulent to do that and he said its not. The first date was October 6th which I gave consent. He proceeded to do it again on April 10,2023 and again 1/2/2024 which is making my credit decrease intentionally. This is not right. There was a a couple times I explained I was on FMLA for medical reasons the first time I got behind. This most recent time on 12/20/23 a girl called me demanding payment. My mouth was wired shut from a broken jaw surgery and I just got home from the hospital unable to talk. I tried to explain that I had made a payment of $156 and to give me time lll make another but was in no condition to talk. She was rude and saying that I need to be making more than $150 payments. I hung up because I was heavily medicated and in pain. When I spoke with the manager today after having my wires removed he was extremely rude while I was explaining to him Im waiting on my short term disability to kick in so that I can pay. *** been having a terrible experience and was very nice and asked them not to get nasty with me. Terrible representation of the company.

      I have a loan account with ********************. When employed I make my payments on time with the company. In June of 2023 I became unemployed and was unable to pay July, August, September and October. The fee each month is $190.98 (due on the 15th) -late fees added its $200.98 for each month. By October 19th I was able to begin making payments, I walked into the branch and made a payment of $620. I returned on the 27th of October and paid $201. That should have covered everything I owed plus a little extra. The clerk proceeded to tell me I am still in arrears because I owe for legal fees as well. I was never served legal papers and wasnt informed that I was going to charged legal fees. I told the branch employee that I wasnt served any paperwork so how could I be charged legal fees, to which the branch manger yelled across the room I dont need to serve you papers to charge me the legal fees. To which till this day I have still not seen any paperwork about legal expenses. I calculated that for the next month I would owe $152.98 which would make me current. When I paid on 11/14/23 the teller claimed I only paid $148 in cash. I didnt argue I just paid the $4.98. In my account there are errors on the banking records. The teller was terrible I know I handed her $153. Then she couldnt input the information correctly. It seemed very intentional but I just paid the $152.98 and left. I am being called about missing payment for the month of November: which is the legal fee they refuse to remove. The account looks to now be late owing $121. They are still insisting on charging me $106 for their lawyer and adding $10 for late fee for the month of November claiming I did not pay. I havent received anything from any lawyer since I was unemployed. When I called on 27th of November the teller said it was an error and apologized. I am still getting calls and my account is showing as late. The payment made is being collected as legal fees, not my regular monthly payment.

      I am rejecting this response because:the legal fee that 1st Franklin is referring to for February of 2023 was paid. The entirety of what was owed for that arrears was cleared on February 7, 2023. The account was current after that and for the next few month a regular payment of made, with no running record of the legal fee because it was paid and the account was current up until July. The new legal fee was added for July, August, September and October. Making my payments October 19th and October 27th, had Octobers amount due already added. My payment of $

      I was never served any paperwork for the new legal fees and I never moved, nor did ******************* leave a message stating that they attempted to contact me. I paid February fee because I was properly served and upon speaking to ****** in February in order to bring my account current without having to go to court I had to pay the late fees, legal fees and bank charge fee. The fee was paid and was given receipt 
      s and paperwork of what was paid and a letter from the Magistrate saying that was taken care of the matter dismissed. Not one piece of paperwork from the court has shown up for these new legal fees I am being asked to pay. I paid every single late few and brought my account current by November 14th, 2023, when I paid $152.98. The remaining balance was for $106, legal fees.This bank targets poor customers knowing that most are not financially secure but haggles their customers in this manner. This is beyond shameful given this climate when so many people are out of a job, struggling and trying just to put food on their table and gas in their cars. I miraculously got a seasonal job and immediately began repaying what I owed and am on track to pay off the loan this month, without this fee that was added with no record of court information, just ****** needing to add the fee.

      The current fees were for July, August, September and October. I paid each of those including the late fees. The balance left over was for $106, the NEW legal fees, Which is what I am disputing because I was only informed of it at the branch where ****** yelled out that she doesnt have to serve me paperwork to charge me legal fees, So she can basically make up any fees she wants and add them. On top of the $106, the branch has added a total of $15 in charges to the late court fees. They are now claiming I am (30) days behind, even after making the payments. Then send me a notice of only having my final payment to make, none of it is adding up because they refuse to look at the legal fee as fee they just added, no proof, no paperwork from the court, just Vickies law that she can add it and not serve anyone paperwork. 

      Not to mention taking my $5 and claiming I did not pay $153 on my last payment on November 14.  They just casually added the missing $5 two days later on 11/16 without so much as apologizing for the error or sending a receipt, just credited my account. I just need the amount for these NEW legal fees to be removed along with the fees that they are continuously adding to it. So I can make my regular payment on December 15th.
