    I order on July 22 and and asked when the items would ship the site says 3-5 business days. They came back and.said 3-5 weeks. I requested a full refund and refused said they take 10% for cancelations. I asked to escalate and it's been a week and asking really dumb questions and still.have not answered.

    I had ordered a vest that was suppose to take awhile to arrive. It took much longer. I grew frustrated but BulletProofZone legitimately contacted me quickly and worked very hard to make sure my vest was going to arrive before I left. They responded every single time, they always answered the phone, and they even went out of their way to contact the delivery service to ensure my package was on the way. I greatly appreciate the employees and company. Id recommend them every time and Ill continue purchasing through them.

    If I could leave no stars I would! I ordered a vest for my husband. It said it was "in stock". But what that meant was only small was in stock. My husband wears a large. I found this out when I inquired 2 weeks later why it hadn't shipped. After speaking with a customer representative, I received a snotty follow up email with the 6 week stipulation circled. Shame on me for not realizing that the in stock only applied to one size! We finally received the vest in a smashed, half open box. My husband tried to try it on but it was way too small. I am a seamstress and know how to take measurements. The ones listed were not the same as what we received. Contacted them again. No returns. But since I was so upset they would extend me a"one time courtesy" return with a $35 restocking fee. I put the vest (which was not covered in plastic when we received it) in a **** priority box and returned it. This morning I received an email with a picture of a vest that has ************* on it and can I explain that. Yes I can, it came that way. So now I am out $220 & the return shipping and 6 week wait, they have found a bogus way of not issuing a refund. My advice, do not buy from this company if you expect any kind of true customer service.

    I had such an amazing experience with the Bulletproof Zone team ***** and the product overall. They were so accommodating when I decided I had a change in preference in the product (exchanged for something else). I have never had a company be so attentive and responsive. It was such an easy, flawless process.And love the backpack. Perfect size, not too heavy.

    ***************** ******** in particular, was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't get the color of item I originally ordered. But that was a manufacturer's problem out of BPZ's control. ******** did the best she could under the circumstances to get me another acceptable color expeditiously shipped before an upcoming trip that she was made aware of. She made me feel like their most important customer - rare in today's world.
