    I really like the selection of self defense products that Bulletproof Zone has to offer. So I ordered one of their bulletproof helmets but the next day I wasnt sure that I ordered the right size. So I emailed their customer service to ask them. So a customer service agent replied with a size chart and after looking at it I realized that I needed to change my size. So I emailed them back asking if I could change my size and an agent promptly replied telling me that they changed my size. I really appreciate how fast the agent took care of it and I highly recommend Bulletproof Zone and their great customer service. Thank you!

    Bulletproof Zone fast service and quality merchandise. I had to order a shell for a bullet proof vest that one of our deputy's had got damaged during a training exercise. Order BPZ-***** was processed by ******** and I received it exactly when she told me I'd receive it and verified the shipping address as well.I would recommend them.     Excellent customer service. One of my products was late and Bulletproof Zone contacted me and explained that it was due to the manufacture being backed up which is very cool of them. They sent me updates and had incredibly fast reply times. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

    Bulletproof did a great job, they answered my annoying questions throughout the whole process and never ignored or let more than a few hours lapse before messaging me back. Their customer service department is diligent, and respectful to your time, I had the pleasure of working with ********** Who was great, even though I asked stopped questions Im sure they get all the time. The plate carrier was on sale, almost half off and youd never know it as it was made to order and is quality all around. Thank you guys, have a great day.
