      I signed up with this company for 6 months, in the last 4 months no rankings, no leads. What a waste of effort and monies. Can't wait to a go back to my prior web. They made promises and never delivered any, stay away from this company.

      Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our client regarding their concerns. Our clients concern was that we were not able to deliver on promises. When we partnered with the client, they were provided a copy of the contract and a Statement of Work that stated over the life of the Local Ranking campaign, they would see more leads due to better visibility on the search engines for the selected keywords. They were also advised that optimization takes time. The client was present at the consultation where information was gathered as well as provided about the products. In the last 4 months, the clients website moved up in ranking from 20 to 2. In the last 30 days the clients website had 10 clicks to call, 3 clicks to text and 10 form fills.  The client requested to cancel, however they are still within the terms of their 6 month contract. Our client has been notified that a request to cancel can be made on 10/23/24.

      Last Thursday Jacob ********, our account manager, noticed our website was down. He was very pro-active in trying to get it going again. After a day of conferencing and emailing about things WAY ABOVE his (and my) skill set, my IT and Hibu were in communication. Weekend comes and goes....hello Monday!...website is still not up.... :( Technology is a wonderful thing....until it fails...and then no one wants to claim responsibility for it.....just a lot of "finger pointing". - Thank you, Jacob for for having the customer service skills needed, & wherewithall, to sit in on an email chain that you shouldn't have even been part of. - Thank you for standing "out side of the box" with me, and spitballing the questions that needed to be answered. -Mostly, thank you for getting my website back up and running. I appreciate you and all that you do!!

      I can't stand hibu at all. My husband was looking into getting some help with marketing for our shop. He put his number down and they called him the first time. My husband was really interested but at the time we didn't and still don't have the funds since we just opened up a few months ago. My husband then said that it would have to wait and maybe at the start of the new month we could do something, that HE would call them back. The gentleman then started talking and talking and my husband repeated himself again. Needless to say, my husband ended up hanging up on him. Then start of the month he called again. My husband then again repeated himself saying that he told him he would call him and hung up and blocked the number. My husband is the type of person if he says he will call he will be the one to call. Then somehow the company got my number our second line and he called myself asking for my husband. I said I'm his wife and repeated to him that my husband said he would call, and he called me a liar that my husband said to call at the start of the month. I ended up repeating that we would call him. Well, here we are 3 days later from that call he calls my phone again and gets into it with my husband and now has lost all chances of getting us as customers. Reading what I have about Hibu I'm glad we aren't and didn't start anything with them.

The clients concern was that they were being contacted repeatedly by a Sales Representative. We understand that the client will reach out to our Sales Representative when they are ready, so we have marked them in our system as a do not contact. The client was satisfied with this resolution.

      I have only been working with Kyla and HiBu for almost 60 days now, and could not be happier. I had put this off because we were moving and the timing wasn't right. It's a good the Kyla was consistent and kept coming or, I would still be throwing my money out the door. We had instant success switching to HiBu. I would recommend Kyla and highly, she is very professional and will help you get were you need to go.

      River Valley Recycling LLC, has been using HIBU for about a year and a half. Our representative is ****, and has been awesome to work with, and is always available when needed. The support team behind the scenes at HIBU is excellent as well.

      As the owner of a digital marketing agency representing a client in Boise, I am deeply concerned about the conduct of one of Hibu's employees, Eric *****, who is located in Southington, CT, and holds the title of Digital Marketing Strategist. You are my competitors so this is an ethical issue. Last night, Eric engaged with the AI chatbot on my client's site under false pretenses, claiming to be a potential customer. Our bot, designed to respond efficiently within 5 seconds and handle up to 25 prompts, provided clear answers about our services and location. Despite this, Eric used his marketing knowledge and skills carelessly, deliberately provoking the AI into an unnecessary argument. The bot would provide our location and services and Eric kept pushing back. Breaking the AI and getting it to argue is no easy feat and was clearly not by chance; this was the work of someone deliberately toying with the AI. Eric then had the audacity to leave defamatory reviews on multiple platforms, including Yelp, Google, and Facebook claiming to be victim of harassment. Eric must have forgotten all he had to do was close the window. This behavior is both unprofessional and unacceptable. It is evident that Eric's actions were a deliberate attempt to toy with the AI and then play victim, unfairly penalizing my client for the interaction with the chatbot. In speaking to Eric about the situation to see if we could resolve the problem he chose to post a comment about my wife. We are hardworking individuals striving to earn an honest living and did not deserve this unprovoked attack. Despite reaching out to Hibu via Facebook, Yelp, and email, we have received no response. This lack of accountability is troubling. I urge Hibu to take immediate action by coaching Eric on business ethics and professionalism. Until corrective measures are taken, this review will stand as a testament to our experience. Should Hibu address this misconduct appropriately, I am open to amending this review.

      Hibu has been a door opening experience for us Alexandria is a go getter! I am not the most computer savvy person, I can tell her what I need and she takes my visions and makes it happen. She has that old school work ethic that is simply "Whatever it takes" this is what makes her Top notch. If your on the fence and even thinking about trying I say Do it.
