      I’ve been looking for someone specifically to upgrade my website to a more modern look and ease of use. Cole has been amazing in using his talent for Understanding what we do, attention to detail and recognizing our needs for efficient marketing at a fair price. Leitner Electric Co. will indeed benefit! This journey has been both enlightening and enjoyable. Hibu is one lucky organization to have Cole on their staff.       Only into day 5 with this company;and there wanting compleat access to my customers emails for marketing purposes. They changed my phone number to one of theirs and calling tela marketing calls lead . Calls that was already calling my number. Leads from them . I only wanted them to get ads on Google. Key words . But they started taking complete control of everything. They are not a trust worthy company. I told them they could have my 2000 dollars I paid just a week ago . But cancel the rest . Not to finish building any thing ..2000 dollars should have been good enough for the Little they had done . . I would not recommend them to anyone . It's all about scammers . Wish I hadn't trusted them . Just take the 2000 and cancel. It's way before the billing cycle

      We appreciate the chance to respond to our client's issues.Our records show the client had requested to cancel; however, they are still within the terms of their 6-month contract and cannot cancel.  We understand that our client is concerned about Hibu using another number in their ads. When we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work that explained that Hibu would provision Remote Call Forwarding (RCF) numbers used to track phone calls and texts our client would receive due to their marketing campaign. We have removed the Tracking number per our clients request. We understand our client is also concerned over emails and texts that come from their Assistant program. The SOW states only the clients marketable contact list would receive messages from the Assistant program.  Our client has been notified that a request to cancel can be made for the Smart Online Presence in January and the Search in February. The Display product has not been set live yet.

      Terrible service. My sales rep Sue ********* and her boss Dave both quit because Hibu can't deliver on what she and her boss said they could do. I'm sure this happens a lot because they would not quit because of being pressured by only one account. You can never get in touch with anyone meaningful because they have a team to screen calls and then they put you into a hold que forever so you either hang up or they disconnect you after holding for 30 plus minutes. They will always try to transfer you to the Customer Succcess team (i.e. the customer is about to quit team) in hopes of retaining you with more promises they can't deliver on. They will also offer discounts because you are not satisfied but they sure won't offer any discounts up front when they should be doing so because of poor performance. Do yourself a favor and save your money and sanity and go elsewhere for this type of service. Junk

      Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our client regarding their concerns. Our client’s concern was that we were not able to deliver on promises.  After reviewing, we found their products exceeded expectations.  Over the past year, their website had 8,923 visits with 96.8% of those being new visitors.  There were 266 total engagements from calls, chats, form fills, etc.  The Display ads averaged 47,667 impressions and 362 clicks per month, with expected results per month of 30,000 impressions and 135 clicks. The Social ads with a traffic objective averaged 2087 clicks per month, with expected results per month of 1,074 impressions.  We understand our client was also concerned over long hold times to reach our cancelation team.  We understand that waiting is frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience that our client felt while on hold.  All products are now set for cancelation at the client's request, and the July invoice will be the last.

      If I could give 0, I would be inclined to give after very poor customer service, below-poor follow-up, and no concern for me as a client. It has taken too long to cancel service after my client removed the domain to his website from Hibu. My account was as over the 6 month minimum required. They were very happy to keep charging me regardless of the fact I had no website connected to their services. They showed no understanding or compassion that I kept being charged while I received nothing from Hibu. I made a request to cancel no less than three times. I was told that a support person with Claims had tried to contact me, but never did I receive a call, voicemail, or email, so how were they contacting me? They would not take my call. They did not try to recontact me. I asked numerous times to have my case escalated to a manager. In our last conversation on June 20, 2024, I was told a manager would call me. Here it is, July 8, 2024, and I have not received such a call, voicemail, or email. My rep, Domenick *******, is awesome to work with. The people in the Client Success department suck when it comes to true customer service. Hibu should be contacting me to discuss this last bill-for-no-services issue.

      Horrible experience from the start My first sales rep Jacoby told me I would receive 4x times the amount of leads that i was getting from Facebook right away. (This was false) I was then told I had to sign a 6 month contract but could get out of it anytime if I called corporate( this was false) Ultimately I had to put my program on pause and go back to Facebook. Since I was not getting the leads I was expecting. My account became active again after about 6 months of being on pause Found out my original rep had left the company So I received a new rep Shelby. Who later proceeded to tell me how everything was set up “incorrectly” and not the “right way”. And I need to give it “a few months or so” to start getting leads. This is not what we agreed upon at the start so I refused to pay for a service that was not properly set up right. I called the 855 number and spoke to Jackie in the claims department and was told “that is to damn bad you signed the dotted line” I was illegally recorded on a phone call. The state of Oregon is a two party consent state and was only told i was being recorded 20 min into the conversation over the phone. I was later assigned yet another rep Caleb who is suppose to be a manager. He is just as guilty at deceiving you as the rest of them. Tried to claim past home owners from (years prior) calling my phone number is considered a “lead” from Hibu. I would revive spam phone calls from telemarketers and he would consider these “leads” I could never get a straight answer from Caleb This is still an on going process do not recommend them.

      Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our client regarding their concerns. Our client’s concern was that we would not allow him to cancel.. Due to the client’s products being paused from September 2023 until March 2024, they cannot be cancelled until August 2024. We understand our client is also concerned over the return on their investment. When we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work that stated the Search would maintain a consistent click through rate of 1% monthly which we exceeded with 2.82%. The SOW stated that the Display would receive 9,000 to 20,000 impressions monthly and 70-90 clicks monthly and Hibu exceeded that with over 27,000 impressions and 196 clicks monthly. Finally, the SOW stated that the Social product would receive 50 to 110 clicks monthly and Hibu has exceeded that with 104 clicks monthly.. After reviewing the issues the client reported, we found all their concerns to be in order and have emailed them with a direct number and email, should they have further questions or concerns.

      I have been working with Connor for about a month or two and I am extremely satisfied. He is very hands on and has helped me with improving my advertising to enhance my online presence. Connor is always available and has very quick response time. Anything I ask him to do he gets on it immediately!! We are very happy with what he has done for us so far.
