      Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our client regarding their concerns. Our clients concern was that they received no calls, however, there was no tracking number in our client's ads to track calls, and calls were not promised. When we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work that stated they would receive 100-210 website clicks per month. Over the last 30 days, our client received 174 website clicks, and over the last 90 days, our client received 381 website clicks, which exceeds expectations. We have attempted to contact our client in hopes of discussing their account further, however, he was unwilling to discuss his concerns with us.

      Stay far away. I started with HIbu just running our adds and saw a decrease in business and was spending more than I was running them on my own. I told myself it was just a slow time and things would come back around in the spring. When I did enter the time I am usually swamped with business I was still dead. I canceled (which is not convenient and you have to argue with them for 20 minutes before they will cancel your account) with ******************** turned on my old adds spending less and 3x the amount of business I was doing. Then they have the audacity to try to get me to pay for an extra month after my cancellation. These people are the biggest scam I have ran into in business, if this review keeps even one person from using them then it is well worth the time typing this.

      Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our client regarding their concerns. Our client’s concern was the return of their investment. When we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work that stated they would receive 15,000 to 25,000 impressions and 90 to 125 clicks for the Display. So far, we have exceeded this with over 85,000 impressions and 615 clicks. The SOW also stated that the Search was to maintain a consistent click through rate of 1% and we exceeded that with 2.14%. We have emailed our client with a direct number and email, should they have further questions or concerns.

      ******** stay away from them .They took 3 months of payments out of my account when I cancelled . To many good company for advertising .Outrageous cost .

      We appreciate the chance to respond to our client's issue. Our client has been loyal for over 9 years, which we value. They claim they requested to cancel, however we show no record of it. The client called to release their domain on 3/13/24 and believed this canceled the advertising. Per our terms and conditions, clients must call our Client Success Team to cancel 15 days before the bill date. A cancellation has now been processed for all products and services and no further payments are required on the account. Our client was satisfied with this resolution.

      Hibu called and said my old site was not doing my business justice and that there was some improvement that could be made so I switched to them, unfortunately I felt they did not do as well as the other company so I switched to someone else and that's when my problem's started with them. I called to cancel but there was no way to leave a voice message so I logged into my Dashboard and left a message that I wanted my services canceled, there was no reply, I emailed a few days later and they sent an email stating I had to call and cancel which I did but they continued to charge my account which I disputed with my bank and received the funds back. they are now sending me to court. I would like to remind everyone to ask for a cancelation letter when canceling any services, Hibu did not send me one even after the phone call on which I had talked to someone to cancel.I want to add that although I did not get the results I was hoping for, customer was great and the people were friendly and the checked to make sure I was happy with the website and did do several check ins, that I was grateful for.

They claim they requested cancelation prior to their bill date; however, we show they did not follow the correct process per our terms and conditions. A call must be made 15 days prior to the bill date, but the client left a message on their dashboard and sent an email. We responded to their email and advised the client to call in to cancel their account. When they did call in, it was too close to their invoice date. A cancellation has now been processed for all products and services. Our client has been notified that the cancelation was processed and was thankful for the information.

      I've been working with **** and **** over at Hibu for the past 8 months now and can honestly say that is has been a pleasure! It has been well worth the money so far. My site is now optimized for ****** and other search engines. I ask every new customer how they found me and nearly all of them say they found me on ******* Hibu has greatly increased my web presence.
