      I think they are very unethical! I want first start of saying they are scammers! They tell you they will get clients on the phone and or in your office and all you have to do is seal the deal! NONE OF THAT HAPPENED! I DIDN'T GET ONE CLIENT from there marketing scheme! They kept telling me, well we got you "this many" views! I can get views off of TikTok! I'm not here to get views! I didn't pay this money or a marketing company to get views. Second, I am a single mom raising 2 boys, a brand new business, and I put all our money into this and they new this! I told them exactly my circumstances and he told me he can relate cause his mom and him are going through the exact same thing until they hired a digital marketing company. But she didn't hire his company cause of conflict. He took advantage of my vulnerability I was going through and because of this predicament they put my business and family in, I am now facing health problems because of stress. After I told them I wanted out and the stress they have caused me, they have started text harassing me and then went as far as retaliating against my business and giving my business a 2 star review from there marketing Co. I looked it up and traced it back through Email and it is from there marketing company and have pictures to prove it. They would call me and ask me if I came up with any marketing ideas to go out and do for my business? I said, isn't that what I hired you to do! I shouldn't have to pay for a marketing company who is not only working against me, but asking me to do there job, harassing me, causing me health problems due to the lack of clients I had gotten for the amount of money I put out. Changing documents that were already in my folder from them. And I have pictures to prove this. They have scammed my little business, family and myself out of the last bit of money I had saved with a promise to bring clients to my phone and door. Not to just get views on some web page. Please bring resolution BBB

      We appreciate the chance to respond to our client's issue. Our records show the client had requested to cancel; however, they are still within the terms of their 6-month contract. Our client has been notified that a request to cancel can be made after the 09/23/24 invoice for their Smart Online Presence package. The Social and Search products are currently on pause so the request to cancel date is unable to be determined at this time. Our client’s concern was that they received no calls, however, there was no tracking number in our client's ads to track calls, and calls were not promised. When we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work that stated they would receive 40-80 website clicks per month. We have exceeded that with 230 website visits as well as 4,912 ad views, 124 ad clicks, and 18 website engagements during the first 30 days of the program. The 2-star review was left by a customer from our client's contact list, not a Hibu employee. No documents were changed, and we have verified that the products and charges matched what was authorized by the client on 04/15/24.

      BEWARE!! Besides nonperformance and inadequate websites, it takes an act of Congress to cancel your account. The biggest waste of money and time ever. We cancelled our agreement after our 6 month contract numerous times. We had actually stopped using them after 3 months, but they wouldn't let us out of our contract. It has been another 3 months, and now they have to have a voice recognition program record me in order to cancel the contract. That is crazy. Every month I have to deny the credit card charges.

      We appreciate the chance to respond to our client's issue. Our records show the client had requested to cancel on 3/4/24, however they were still within the terms of their 6-month contract. When we partnered with the client, they were provided with a Statement of Work that stated the Social was to receive 35,000-51,500 impressions monthly. We met that with an average of 50,600 impressions monthly. All products are now scheduled to be canceled before the next invoice. We have attempted to contact our client in hopes of discussing their account further but have not been able to reach them. If you can relay this information to them as well, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

      I am writing this review purely from my experience with our sales agent/manager *Jesse *****! I have appreciated HIBU's assistance with our social media and doing what they can for me, but I would not have a lot to say if I didn't have Jesse as our Rep. She was always making the effort to make sure we were satisfied and checking in with important notices and just always there for us whenever I needed any kind of help, and she didn't rest until she had my solution. Anyone would be lucky to have a sales rep as great as her and made my experience with HIBU an overall good one.

      Horrible customer Services, does not work. They charge you a lot of money and do no work. This is a scam. They are very hard to cancel your service after you realize it does not work

      Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our client regarding their concerns. After reviewing the issues the client reported, we found all their concerns to be in order. When we partnered with our client, they were provided with a Statement of Work (SOW) that stated the Search was to maintain a consistent click through rate of 1% and we exceeded that with 5.19%. The SOW stated the Display would receive 200-250 clicks monthly. We met that with over 220 clicks per month. Lastly, Social was to receive 160 to 330 clicks monthly and we also met that with an average of 267 clicks per month. All products have been canceled and no further payments are required on the account. We have emailed our client with a direct number and email, should they have further questions or concerns.
