      I have been working with *************************** at Hibu for about 5 months.I have seen really amazing results with Hibu's help, and I am so impressed with the customer service. If I ever need anything at all, ******* is always so incredibly quick to respond. I can't say enough great things about her and Hibu.

      Terrible company to work with No way to cancel your service without calling No people to be in touch with when you call back, getting redirected to a scam call center in ***** No results on the marketing they promise Fake 6 month obligatory contract to lock you in

      We had hoped HIBU would be the answer to our small business marketing. We were wrong! When we signed up with them, we were told they could help us get our ****** page going(it was taking forever to be verified) and they could set up a rule to have customer reviews collected by their software automatically transfer to ****** and ********* These were our 2 biggest hurdles and we were really excited when HIBU said they could handle it. After weeks of trying to fix the ****** issues and reviews, we were told the ****** rules changed and the reviews they had been collecting from our customers would only live in their database and were essentially useless unless we wanted to put them on our website. The ****** issue, WE FIXED, with no help from them. The dashboard they provide is nice looking but the leads just weren't there. We understand that building an online presence for marketing is more of a marathon than a sprint but after they failed at the first two issues, we had lost all expectations that they would deliver anything as promised. The fees were exorbitant and all that they delivered was underwhelming at best.

      All zeros for me. Ive been paying way too long and for nothing!!! Shame on me. They cant seem to get anything right over and over same problems. And they do nothing to make things right with me on all the money Ive spent with them. All I have is a high cost photo album my contact information is still not right after so many times asking them to correct it! Be aware dont waste your money. Time after time they said they would fix the problem but havent, and have no problem taking my money. Two thumbs down!!!!!Dont even waste you time telling me again youll fix the problem. Its been told to me time after time. Same results!!!! None.

      Absolutely horrible company. Classic fine print scam company. Over promises under delivers. Over priced. Locked into contract. Needs 15 days to cancel. Gave them 7 and I'm going to still be charged another ****. Lost my business forever. Definitely would not recommend. Nothing good to say about the company. Horrible. As soon as you lock into contract they got there 6 months of money and that's all they care about. Never using or recommending them to anyone. General terms and conditions say cancel anytime after your minimum time is up. We'll that's a lie. You have to read down in each service section. Scam

      We cancelled our account two months ago. After we cancelled, we were billed again. We called Hibu and they informed us that we didn't cancel "everything". We again reiterated that we wanted to "Cancel Everything" on that phone call. A month later we received yet another bill. After yet another call, the same song that "the account cancellation wasn't saved this time" was their excuse. I guess let's see what they do now.

      We had been working with Hibu for the past 20 years, of course they weren't Hibu back 20 years ago and have changed to become more of a digital company. As of June of 2022, they quit printing the phonebook and AUTO CONVERTED our account from printed ad to a digital listing verification(mobile boost?). Essentially verifying our info is correct on a variety of website. Hibu says they sent out an email and letter explaining this AUTO CONVERTION but I can not find any correspondence but they continued to charge my credit card they had on file. Hibu never reached out to us to see if our info was correct for their digital listing verification (mobile boost?) and every time a new representative would call and offer additional Hibu services, I would ask them to review my account and contract and these reps would set up a meeting, but then no call no show to the meeting. Truly incredible. I finally got fed up and cancelled today after being taken advantage of for over a year to the tune of $72 monthly. I feel cheated and wanted to share my experience. Hibu has lost any merit it previously had.
