******************************* at Hibu Marketing has handled my website and marketing over the last 4 years. ******** coached me well by advising me and making me aware what is needed to increase business year to year. We now do everything with Hibu SEO, Search and our website. We are #1 for the relevant keywords on most search engines or stay in the top 3 on the ******* Yahoo and Bing. After raising my budget for internet marketing 4 times, I now get almost 400 calls a month solely from Hibu's marketing and I increased my income almost 10 times what it was before I started with Hibu.I recommend Hibu Marketing if you want to increase your business and make a lot of money.

I took a leap of faith to work with ******************************* at Hibu for my website and marketing. Someone referred him to me regarding getting more business. I didn't have a lot of money spend but ******** worked with me on the budget when I first started. He told me that after a few months of seeing and watching the website and marketing work if I wanted more business he could increase the marketing and maybe double or quadruple the the business for my tow company. Everything he said happened. I got business in the first 2 days of my marketing going live. I was getting 20 to 30 calls a month, but when I increased the marketing like he said, "WOWSER" my calls jumped to 80 to 100 calls a month. That's quite a bit business for a one man show in the towing business. I just want to say thank you for helping change my income and my life. I recommend ******** and Hibu to anyone trying to take their business to the next level.Hibu Inc

They over promise and under perform, their rates are ridiculously high. And if you try to cancel your services you have to call a specific number that no one answers. Ive called over 15 times, emailed, called the main line to be forwarded no success. THEY SHOULD BE SUED! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Hibu Inc

I wish there was 0 stars! Total scam! I have canceled with them several times. They continue to bill. I have argued, they continue to bill. Finally reached someone to help me after I paid off the "monthly billing"...which they charge a service fee for....said no cancellation was put in! Then they "opened an investigation" on IF I canceled several months before. I have notes, dates, times, balance to pay off, when contract would end and my cancellation would be effective. Now, their "investigation" says I NEVER canceled!!!! ***** frustrating getting the run around. The service is a joke. If you are considering this company.....RUN AWAY!!!!!! Their customer service is horrible! After they hook you on an initial contract...you can't get out! Just don't do it!Hibu Inc

This company is absolutely terrible! If you're considering giving your hard-earned money to a company that does nothing, Hibu should still be at the very bottom of your list. Beware of their scammy lies and deceitful sales pitches, as well as their exorbitant prices. They might assign you an account manager, but if that person takes a leave of absence or changes positions, you'll find yourself in limbo, never receiving any assistance.Whenever you encounter issues or need changes, every call leads to the same promise that someone will reach out to you, which, in reality, never happens when you don't have an active account manager. Nobody you talk to has the authority to make decisions; they're ************ in passing the buck.Furthermore, they have no qualms about taking your intellectual property, despite any promises they make during your consultation, contract signing, or their website's legal page (General Terms, Paragraph 16, Section b). Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Hibu.Hibu Inc

I have reviewed the 1-star review that you left and I was hoping to get additional information from you. I have reached out over the phone and email but I have not heard back. The review that you left stated that you were dissatisfied with Hibu but did not give a reason why. I have reviewed your account and when you spoke to our Client Success team you said that you wanted to cancel due to low return on your investment. I did review your Website and Display products and they seemed to be working as they should be. I also found an email where there seemed to be some frustration with our cancelation policy. Per the terms and conditions of the contract, all cancellation requests must be made by speaking to our Client Success team over the phone. I see that you have since spoken to them and requested the cancellation. I would be happy to review any other information that you provide. We try our best to give 100% effort to our clients.
