      A terrible company to deal with. We had a six month contract which started in July and should of ended in Dec. When I went to cancel they told me I still owed for january.In the 6 months since July I only received $120.00 worth of work. They never gave me my facebook display ads but still charged me. To cancel is almost impossible without them saying them more money.

      I would recommend staying Far away from them.

      I signed with a local company and have more traffic and work in 1 month as I had with Hibu in 6

      Contacted my rep in October and explained I wasn’t getting enough calls, run a tree service and rely on a high call volume. This has been going on for several months. I was told I needed to up my budget. I did so and saw similar dismal results. This continued till December when I canceled. Hibu (yellow book) would not put forth any effort to bring in more leads. I have better success with 1/4 the budget running google ads myself. Do not waste your money with this company. Their over priced for the leads received.

      We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the number of calls received with your advertising. As you agreed on the phone, there was never a specific number of calls that were promised to you. The programs worked well and produced 334K impressions, 2422 clicks, 3,237 website visits and 186 leads to date.

      Promises made and none of them kept. They built a website for my company that did not work. My rep promised results and after $2,959.00 I had ZERO increase in business. When I cancelled my account after 4 months, they told me I had a 6 month contract. After 6 months, they kept billing me. I complained that I had cancelled. They said it had to be over the phone and not in writing. A cancellation is a cancellation. Meanwhile, still not one new business contact attributed to Hibu. A total waste of time and money. I hate to have to leave a positive Star!

      I had several meetings with the local rep who is an outstanding human, competent and trustworthy. I had a company meeting and we all voted to sign up with HIBU. Doing due diligence, I decided to check their reviews. OMG what a gut punch! Shockingly bad. Then I started checking all review platforms, trying to figure out what I was missing. But it just went from bad to worse. Both me and their rep was sick over the whole thing. HIBU was the "answer to my prayers" but I would have been a fool to sign up and risk my company's wellbeing. How can I trust them with managing my digital affairs if they can't even manage their own? My prayers were certainly answered, just not the answer I was hoping for.

      Just like everyone else, I cancelled my account 15 days prior to my billing date (they tell you, you need 14 days) and got charged for another month. I called the collections department and told them I cancelled my account within their timeframe, but the agent said since it’s an automated system it took a little longer than 15 days to get everything canceled. I told them it’s not my problem and they should learn to work faster and still not paying them the last month that was canceled.

      Canceled our account and moved it to another server in October of 2022. Kept on billing us even though we canceled ahead of time. Called and they gave us the run around. Don't do business with this company, they do nothing for you, charge you all kinds of money then make it difficult to cancel your account. We had to reverse the charges from the bank.

      Per the terms and conditions of your contract a cancellation must be made by calling Hibu Client Success. While researching I found that you sent a form fill on 10/19/22 and requested cancellation. We replied to the email address from your form fill on 10/20/22 and reminded you that according to the terms and conditions of your contract you would need to call Client Success to request cancellation. On 12/02/22 you called and spoke to our Support team; they advised you again that you would need to speak to Client Success to request cancellation. You disconnected the call. We have reached out over the phone and email and provided the direct number for cancellations to complete your request. On 12/07/22 you spoke to Client Success and requested your account be canceled, as a result, the 11/20/22 bill was your last.

      HIBU is a deceptive company at best . They told me they would build a website for me , so I paid them up front and they built the website for them . They pretended It was mine , but when I cut ties they let the secret out , it wasn’t my website after all .

      All content on a Hibu website is copywritten to Hibu. When your Hibu website is canceled, the website content would no longer be available.       I would give them a negative 5 star rating if I could. I was convinced by a Hibu sales rep that advertising my business with them would be well worth the high price they charged me. The opposite happened. After spending a large amount of money ($3892.03) I got less than 5 leads. I did much better advertising in Google on my own. The leads they developed were sent to me so I could judge results. I contacted them asking that my contract be canceled because I was told how fantastic their results would be, and this didn't happen. I had a witness with me who can verify their exaggerated claims. I told them if they continued to try to collect the balance owed ($824.48), I would let others know how terrible this company worked for me. They are still trying to collect a balance due of $824.48 threatening to sue me. I refuse to pay for a service that accomplished close to nothing for me, so I'm writing this review to warn others about using this company. They offer the sky, but don't deliver. Ask for a guarantee of results IN WRITING or use someone else.

      Please do not take anything this company says as legit! My rap had insured me that if my ads did not work out we could to pause them and also ask why they were automatically charging my debit card when I did not authorize it because they got my numbers when I went to pay my 1st month online without me knowing That it would turn into in ACH. They claimed that that is the way they do things even though I requested to send them a check and try to work with them explaining that my company was not doing well and the advertisements weren't helping at that point but I really wanted to keep their website they would not work with me so I disputed with my bank changed my card numbers and they still somehow fraudulently we were able to get my card numbers and charge my account again. I am currently in the process of Taking legal action On this company for fraudulently Getting my card numbers in charging it even though I never authorized it.
