      Trying to reinstate my life insurance policy which I have been paying on for 25 years. Going on since August 2024. They keep asking for information missing on the application form. I submit the information asked for and they write back there is more missing information. After 90 days they said my application timed out and I would have to start over with a new application. Same thing again. Continually asking for missing information. It is obvious they dont want to reinstate my 30 year old policy because I am 73 and there is a higher risk of my death in the last 5 years of the policy. Suppose I will need to hire an attorney.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      this business AGAIN withdrew from a closed/closing account for the SECOND time this month. The same account that I inform them they can no longer withdraw from. Not only that but they withdrew TWICE this month!! The issue is that will will not withdraw payments from the new updated account.
      I am going to take my business elsewhere as it is quite clear they are not competent.

      Transamerica keep sending me letters that I am in arrears. I made several calls to them and was being told that I am in arrears for 2 months. On one of my many calls to the company, I was told that a check payment was reversed and the money placed back in my account. However after checking my online account and bank statements, I saw no reversal. On said call, I was asked to email copies of my check payments and bank statements. I sent them the information but did not receive any follow up and I was still receiving letters that I am in arrears. I then wrote to Transamerica providing copies of the check payments. They responded that they cannot confirm the check a check payment that I made in the amount of $208.60 for two months premium. I was asked provide them with a copy of the front and back. I have sent it to them but have received several letters after stating I am in arrears. I have also received a cancellation notice. I asked my bank if they could cancel the check, return the funds to me so that I can pay Transamerica, but the bank said they are not able to do so. I do not know what to do at this point.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      My initial inquiry was from 2/21/2025.  It is May 12 already and I am still waiting on their research/response after 7 attempts from me to find out the reasons for funds taken from my account.  This is an unacceptable customer service practice.  The management needs to develop a more client-friendly practice to resolve client issues.  This delay is causing me "opportunity cost" by taking funds from my account without reasons.

      Transamerica has been holding on to my retirement savings money for 7 plus years. Every time I call about it or access it online I cant cash it out. And they have been sending letters saying in 30 days if you dont move your funds to another thing we will just send you a check which that has never happened. They say my birthdate doesnt match which I know is a lie because I created my account with my social and birthday if you enter wrong birthday it wont let you create account. They want me to send in photo document with birthday which I done that in **** I heard nothing back from them. And now in 2025 they ask for the same thing. I want my money if not Im taking legal action. They sent me a letter saying If I dont invest somewhere they will send me a check but I have gotten the for the last 5 years and never my money. So if I dont have it by July 1st Im contacting a lawyer

      i sent this company all the regular paperwork i normally need to send, and suddenly for the first time in 10 years they changed the rules and want different proof of paperwork that was never asked for when i originally sent all the copies of the authorization and ***/X-Ray , doctor Visits and *** report they seem to make an excuse up that they need an itemized bill report which they never originally asked for with anything i should have at-least been paid for the Injury which doesnt require an *** itemized bill reportbut just a copy of the *** Report and for everything else i am now late to pay my bills because they never mentioned that the authorizations for what i sent was not what they asked for when in fact it should be enough. I need money lost paid to interest on my credit cards and i need them to accept that the authorizations are enough since they are scripts to go and get the procedure done i even sent copies of my *** report to prove it was done, i can also send X-Ray and photo of the air cast but still for whatever reason they need itemized billing in order to pay me. please have the Boss contact me personally so i can resolve this issue asap and pay my bills thankyou

      This is a life Insurance policy that was purchased by my mother, ******* D *******, from Paynic Funeral Home in ****************, ******** while she was alive. She is deceased as of 9/14/2024. She originally purchased a Monumental policy (*********). The company has now evolved into Transamerica Life Insurance Company address ******************************************. phone - **************. When you call them you get a voice prompt from a female sounding American, when the phone *** comes on the line it is a contracted foreign individual. My sibling and I have been trying to fulfill their requirements to cash out the policy since January of 2025. They gave us incorrect faxngmbers to send information to, the phone fax number on their official letterhead is not the correct number for the claims department. After faxing requested information twice and having to wait five to 10 business days to confirm they have received it, we were finally told an alternate fax number directly for the claims division. after waiting another 5 to 10 business days the third time around, we were told by a foreign phone agent they needed the receipt from the funeral home for the cremation before they could send checks, after my sibling confirmed with me he had already sent the receipt another phone agent looked at the file (mid April) and told me that "oh Yes, so sorry, they did have the receipt already since January 25th, 2025." After complaining to them about this fact, they agreed to expedite the process and would send the checks overnight by ***** to the two separate addresses on file verified over the phone by myself with a Supervisor named "****". Checks were supposed to be receivedWednesday May 8th. I never received my check. I called "****" he swore that two separate checks were issued and shipped by *****. He WOULD NOT provide a tracking number. He claimed that he had no official means of communicating with whatever department was in charge of issuing the checks.

      My mom passed 02/10/2020. Upon going through her things, I found an insurance policy no one knew about. Since learning that TransAmerica has the policy, everything they have requested has been faxed to them. 25 pages of documents. All I get is the run around. I was told everything was received and claim had 30 days to be processed on April 14, 2025. Now I am being told they need another document which was already submitted and right the escalated follow up with take another 7-10 days. This company has caused mental anguish for myself and my family. The payout is around $1,000.00 but I keep getting put off. The policy was for $250.00 + interest from 1984. This is the worse company to collect the benefits my mom paid for in full. I did not respond in time to the previous complaint due to work. The issue is still not resolved. Transamerica just asked for another form to be completed. As of now 32 pages have been faxed. I was told on April 16, 2025 everything needed was received and to allow 30 days. Now they are wanted a survivorship concerning my Dad. Once again this was NEVER brought up on April 16. Now that the information has been faxed in another wait time of ***** for the fax to be received AND another 7-10 days for a review. This has been the worse experience and Transamerica has put myself and sister through H*** All the satisfaction now would be an apology and the interest that has accrued since 1984. PLUS The $250.00 of the face value of the policy.

      My aunt ******* R ******** died December 17, 2024. I became the Administrator of her estate on February 6, 2025. I have sent Transamerica the paperwork that they asked for several different times. They keep denying the claim saying because of a lack of documentation. It is turning into an endless cycle.
