  My name is ******* *****, my grandmother was the insured who passed away on 5/16/2025. My mother was the policy owner. Ive been trying to get the ownership and beneficiary changed since my mother passed 11 months ago. I have been given miss information. I was told to send in forms one at a time instead of telling me that I needed to send these 3 forms in at the same time. This shouldnt be this difficult. Now Im transferred to the claims department, who will process the claim but cant tell me if the policy has the correct owner and beneficiary on it. I am going to follow up with the President and CEO at this point because this is unacceptable.

  32 five star reviews on 5/1/25 where previous review frequency is 4-5 per week mostly one star. Most of these five star reviews all have similar misused english wording. Transamerica already thinks were stupid based on paying a small fraction of policy face value and have to plead and beg to get that, but they also expect us to be fooled by this effort to improve their rating here.

  Ive had a truly frustrating and unacceptable experience with Transamerica regarding my FFIUL policy. I requested a policy withdrawal and went through all the proper channelsincluding going out of my way to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee from my banker, which is no small task.Despite doing everything required on my end, I was met with silence, delays, and a series of excuses. After multiple follow-ups, the response was either nonexistent or painfully slow. Its clear that they were simply trying to avoid releasing the funds, despite all paperwork being complete.This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is shocking for a company thats supposed to help manage long-term financial security. If you ever think you might need access to your own moneylook elsewhere. I cannot recommend Transamerica based on this horrible experience.

  They will try to cheat u out of your money only wants to pay what u pay on the policy would not recommend them to anyone my husband policy was supposed to be immediate pay now theyre saying it was a 2 years waiting period

  This company has been incredible, has paid out critical illness benefits to clients, paid out death benefits as well. A company thats there for the people and serving the poor and the middle class. Thank you Transamerica for all you do

  I was appointed by Transamerica when I got my License. My experience with the ********************** has been so encouraging. Their Presentation and Illustration kits are wonderful and easy to understand. When I submit policies, approval and commission payments are rapid. I havent heard of any delays on commission or claims payment.Transamerica is such a wonderful company.***** ******

  These people sent my sister a check for $104 as payout for my mother who passed away . we had to find them after our family paid for my mother services out of pocket. I was also on my mother policy they did not attempt to reach out to me after my sister had to contact them. These people rip off American citizens. Policy number MM4738423 agency f438 and this is the claim adjuster who sent it ********** ********** . Yes thats first and last name.

  This is an incredible company and has been of great rescue to me, my family and my community as a whole. With lots of benefits especially with income protection and steady growth of our hard earned money. We go to bed now sleeping peacefully knowing transamerica is there for us when ever any life eventuality meets us. It's a blessing for us.
