      Left my job where I had transamirca and they gave me the run around trying to get it transfered. Then said I had to close the account and have the check sent to me then transfer it. They sent the paper work and 2 weeks later sent me a letter saying it was closed and no money is owed to me. So for 7 years I paid them money only to not have anything.. you call them and get rude people and get hunger up on. The head person said to call her main number but she don't answer or return your call. So we pay them and get nothing in return. They rip you off!

      I had bought the disability policy , and I had an hernia surgery. They dragged my claims ,they requested additional informations form my physician which I provided. Kept calling customer service and they cannot give me any update. So you pay for their insurance and when its time for them to take care of you they leave you hanging . Do yourself a favor peoples save you money , this is just scam and the amount of frustration isnt worthy . If I could give them zero star I wouldve .

      My parents used this company for ******** supplement. There were frequent frustrations. I tried to help, yet allow autonomy for them as they aged. When I did have to take over bills, I came to realize just how bad this company is. They do not resolve issues. They appear to use every verbal abuse tactic in the book. Lies, gaslighting, shaming, promises with no follow through. Nobody needs this! Especially not elders on a fixed income.

      I had a stroke a little over a year ago. I had a critical illness policy with Transamerica that the still have not paid out. Every time I call they say they need something else. Most of the time it is items that have already been sent in. But they do not have on file. I have called numerous times and I keep getting the same line. " It looks like we have everything except this one item. I send it in and again I get the same line. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I paid into the policy for peace of mind. Now they are avoiding payment of such policy.

      The WORST customer service ever! I have been trying to collect on a life insurance policy for my mom for over 3 months and they keep asking for the same info that they already have.They are trying to keep from paying. I will hire an attorney and spend every dime of the insurance just to make them pay what is owed. It is a matter of principal.I will NEVER use this company again. IF you have coverage start looking for something else and cancel this.Can you leave ZERO stars?

      They withdraw twice $1,115. Never acknowledged the mistake and would not talk to me to tell me how to get reimbursed. What upsets me is when they told me my bank statement was not enough. Finally my bank made things right. Almost a month and still waiting for them to acknowledge there mistake. Probably never going to happen. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

      Worst company ever, wish I could give them a zero. I applied for a loan for over a month still has not been processed. They say they will do it and never does. **************** is very rude, horrible and unprofessional. I wish I can cancel this policy

      My 99 year old mother paid premiums on her long term care for 40 years. When she finally went to assisted living and needed to collect on her policy, it took three months of painstaking paper work to get the payments to start. She received payments for five months. Then a letter was sent that they would not be paying additional premiums. The reason turned out to be a bogus report. But never mind Transamerica, she has passed away and now you are really off the hook. It I could close you down, I would. You are truly a company of thiefs. And BTW, I transferred all my stock out of your company. You dont deserve the one star you have!!!!

      I have been attempting to receive my portion as a Beneficiary of my deceased Father's policy since June when I submitted the paperwork by Fax which they acknowledged they received. Since submission I have been told it would take up to 10 days to process, I am yet to receive the funds. I asked upon submission of my paperwork if they offer Wire Transfer or Certified Mail, I was told no, that they mail all checks. I thought this was odd but I went along with the Agents answer. A month later I have been told by another Agent that I could have requested Wire Transfer or Overnight mail! I have spoken to a slew of Agents and since June 22nd I have been told my Check would be sent out within 10 days. I am yet to receive it and it is August. Over this month and a half, I have been laughed at by Agents, hung up on and in general disrespected by their seemingly cavalier responses to my questions. I am yet to receive my Beneficiary check but I am told that I can't have it Transferred to my Bank account nor have it overnighted! As I am writing this I am waiting on a call back from Transamerica in regards to a call I made to them earlier. I will also be submitting a complaint to the **** Insurance Division.

      My father paid premiums for 20 years and he never qualified for the coverage as the company would only pay in certain instances. We received zero compensation Very misleading policy with very small print This long term care policy Ripped off a lot of elderly people
