      Just got off the phone with customer service to reschedule my appointment. The lady was absolutely RUDE and bashing me for not be able to be at home for the day of the appointment.

      If I could give zero stars, I would do. Lowe's requires to pay for installation upfront. CRST scheduled installations three (3) times and nobody showed up. One time their rep. told me that installer came, but I was not at home. I wasted a lot of time staying home and on numerous long phone conversations. Only when I called Lowe's and told I want my money back, a decent installer was found to show up in time and install a dishwasher. I will never buy at Lowe's anything that we cannot take home ourselves and use or install ourselves.

      Worst company ever! 4th time of a no call no show to install my dishwasher! I will never ever use Lowes again for any type of installation. Bunch of air heads who don’t know what’s going on. Canceled my order and will be going with someone more competent

      Horrible company given to us through Lowe's. Would not use or recommend. Communication and service were 1 star at best and I ended up getting a refund and doing the job myself.

      They were terrible customer service. Installed a microwave from Best Buy in Cincinnati, ohio incorrectly and refused to come back and fix it. Another 3rd party company had to come out.

      They are the worst...And LOWES doesn't seem to care!! I spoke to Bill at crst..he needs customer service training and to learn to sssh it!!

      This company sent two guys out to hook up our gas line for our new dryer that we purchased from Lowes. We bought the washer and dryer and all necessary parts for installation from Lowes, and these were all delivered on 3/2. On 3/10, two guys came to the house to hook up the gas line. My husband met them at the house to let them in as we had not moved into the house yet. It was new construction and we had just purchased it. The guys went to the laundry room, hooked up the gas line, the water line for the steam refresh, and the exhaust vent. We just moved into the house over the weekend and I noticed that the exhaust vent was not the type we purchased from Lowes. We bought the semi-rigid vent with clamps. The guys installed the cheap foil exhaust hose and used zip ties instead of the clamps we bought. They were done in 15 minutes. My husband asked if everything went OK and the guys said yes and left. It wasn't until just now that we realized these guys stole from us, put on cheaper parts on our dryer and left our house with our new ones inside their work trunk. I have called the Lowes that we purchased the washer and dryer from, requesting a refund for the installation charge and to also receive the items that were stolen from us. I also spoke to Karen with Lowes Customer Care, she informed me that the type of vent that these guys put on aren't supposed to be installed on a gas dryer due to being a fire hazard. She advised me not to use the dryer until the issue can be rectified. I am so disgusted that employees with this company stole from us, and now we have to fight with Lowes to try to get a refund on the cost of labor, as well as receive the parts we purchased. Do not use any contractors through Lowes. Find an independent contractor who aren't thieves.

      I purchased a LG dishwasher at Lowes in Abington, Ma on on 1/15/2023. I was told the installer would call within 2 business days.A week goes by, nothing. I then call Lowe's installation, they apologize and explain that the installer was waiting for the permit,fine. Then 1 month after the purchase, I still hear nothing from CRST, no call or email. I then call Lowes, they notify me that they have the permit and just waiting to fax it over. 2 days after, I recieved my first correspondence from CRST stating that my installation was scheduled for 3/14, 2 months after the purchase and I will be contacted with a time window. No call or email the night before, still have the installation scheduled but no call and no show today. I called CRST, long wait then they just hang up. I called Lowes, the somehow contacted CRST and they said they had to cancel due to weather. This would be acceptable if they would notify their customer but apparently that is not their business practice. I guess I have to get a refund and try Home Depot.

      Installers have no idea what they’re doing and destroy your property warning do not use this company, I use them for Best Buy ring, doorbell and ripped apart the concrete, and now they don’t wanna pay and I’m returning the $6000 worth of merchandise I bought at Best Buy due to this company and lack of resolution and poor judgment and can’t except responsibility for their installers. I could go on.
