      If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have the more horrible service I have ever experienced. I can say based on my experience the supervisor Britney and her Area manager and the Regional manager Rob. Do not care and do not work toward correcting any customer situations or Issues. If Lowes says that they are going to use CRST for your installation save your money and more importantly your time.

      Read all the other reviews, my story is exactly the same. I bought a dishwasher from Lowes November 16th. After calling Lowes I discovered the dishwasher would be installed by a 3rd party and that I would get a phone call to schedule. No phone call but I get a text with an appointment date. Message says I will get a phone call the night before with a time. Dec 7th I take off work for the install, get a text saying my appointment is now December 15th! No phone call no option to pick date. Once again I take the day off work. Dec 14 I get a phone call that cuts off in the middle so no idea what time they are coming. Dec 15th waiting for them to come I get a text saying my appointment is now Dec17th! I have now lost 2 days of work and they want me to loose another! I call lowes and complain then call CRST to complain. I spoke to a manager who says they will have the installation manger call me. I’m ready to cancel my order if I don’t hear back from them today

      The guy from CRST was supposed to show up around 9 and told me he was 15 minutes away. I didn't hear anything, then I received a call 20 minutes later from Lowe's saying the delivery/install couldn't be completed because I live on the second floor, and the unit would need two people to safely bring up the stairs. First of all, do dollys not exist? Second, the "2" in my unit number should have been a dead giveaway that I live on the second floor, and, in any case, that could have been confirmed on the phone BEFORE the delivery was made. I don't even know how these people function on a basic human level. The incompetence is staggering.

      Absolutely horrible! The first time they came they said the dishwasher we got was junk so we returned it for a better one then we were unable to get them to come back and install the new one. They kept canceling because of the weather even when the weather was fine. One time they just didn’t call or show up. After two months of this and paying Lowes over $1000 we’ve decided we’re going to get our money back and get one at Home Depot and hire someone to install. I even talked to Lowe’s and they were no help with any of it. They’re better off not even offering installation because they’re giving themselves a bad name using this horrible company!!

      We ordered a gas range with install from Lowe’s and were told it was in on Monday 11/14. On 11/15 we received a call from Lowe’s telling us we were on the schedule for delivery and install on 11/17 and we would receive a call the night before confirming the delivery window. We received a text on 11/16 confirming we were on the schedule for 11/17. We never received a call. We call just before 8a on 11/17 to the Lowe’s we purchased it and we were told that they would be there between 8-12. After 12p we called the number we had been given in the initial call for the delivery company and then we’re told no, you are on the schedule from 12-3. They stated they tried to call but the call didn’t go through….very odd because Lowe’s had no problem. Called again at 2:45p and assured we were still on the schedule. At 4p called again and they said they would have the delivery guy call…..never received a call and no one showed up. Called Lowe’s just after 8a and we’re told by the same person who gave us a delivery window the day before that we weren’t on the schedule and they don’t know when it is being delivered so the transferred us to the delivery company and was told it was to be delivered 11/17 and there were no notes why it wasn’t. They called the delivery driver but he didn’t respond so we gave them until 12p to have it installed. Again no call and no show. We went to Lowe’s and demanded a refund and they asked if we brought it with us because it has been delivered and installed. It was not installed in our home. They then asked where is it? I guess that is your problem to find it because we have no idea and have never received a call. We got our refund and while that as being done the manager assisting had to take a phone call of someone else who obviously didn’t get their delivery either. We will never buy from ANYONE that used CRST to deliver and install!

      How awful is it when you spend a rather substantial amount of money at Lowes and the third party they use for installation of appliances is so terrible that you send your appliances back rather than deal with CSRT?

      This company is truly terrible. They are disorganized, very difficult to reach, and incredibly rude. I am shocked that an organization like Lowe's partners with CRST to deliver and install their appliances. This company was so horrible to deal with during my small kitchen renovation project that I decided to never spend another dime in a Lowe's store again. Avoid CRST at all costs.

      The installer that came to my house was rude complained from the time he walked in . Spoke to me like I was his buddy and was just all over the place He is very unstable and wouldn't allow him in anyone's home home. Then when I call the company instead of being concerned about me or what he did she is more concerned about me talking about his mental state and she doesn't appreciate me talking this way.. Well I didn't appreciate you sending somebody who sending somebody who didn't know how to do the job didn't want to do the job and who mentally was unstable

      We were scheduled for a dishwasher installation on 10/20. An email was the only notification we got. I called the night before and was given a time frame of 10 to 1. I was to receive a phone call the next day. No phone call, no show. Called the CRST and was put on hold, transferred, disconnected and had to tell my problem over and over and over again. I was told they cancelled my order because it wasn't available. Called Lowes' immediately. The guy in appliances said our dishwasher was there and didn't know why it wasn't out for installation. Asked to talk with a manager. After waiting on hold, being disconnected more than 10 times I was finally given to a manager. I was then called by a CRST worker who promised next day installation and she would personally call me to tell me when at 8 am. No call at 8 am. Called CRST and found out nobody scheduled an installation for me. I had to personally reschedule my appointment. Why is the customer in charge of all of this?!! Called Lowes to let them know this, same amount of wait time, disconnect, etc. Supposed to come today. I got no call. Called CRST. Supposedly late afternoon/evening. Why isn't Lowes' more hands on with the customer service. I am not hopeful the dishwasher will arrive today or be installed. Not shopping at Lowes' ever again. Loyal customers for over 30 years. Have purchased so many appliances, doors, building supplies, etc. I will not use Lowes' ever in the future. So sorry we used them this time.

      It has been four months and four different times I have waited for this company to deliver was washer and dryer. They finally said they are physically unable to deliver a was weighing 200 pounds. They never call they never update and they never deliver. Save your self the headache use ANYONE else.
