  This was my first time investing in precious metals. My representatives at Birch Gold Group did a wonderful job explaining the process and answering my questions. Everything went well from the first phone call to the final shipment, and they included a receipt. They kept in contact with me throughout the process and gave me a courtesy call afterwards, to be sure I had received everything correctly. They really are professional and they do care about the customer.

  This was my first time investing in precious metals. I did it as a hedge against the uncertainty in the economy today. I also took into consideration advice from *************** and ***************************. Both ***** and ******* from Birch Gold were extremely professional and helpful in making my investment decisions. I received my shipment and a receipt when promised. I would highly recommend Birch Gold Group to other investors.

  Everything went smoothly with us. Our Sales Representative, *************************, walked up thru the buying process, ownership and tax responsibilities. At first, as new customers, we were overwhelmed but after several calls and E-Mails we were comfortable in making a decision.

  Buyer beware!!! I would like Birch to explain how my entire 401K roll over of $69,622.49 initial investment changed in value by about 50%. Birch Gold took commissions totaling $32,174.06. Market value on my first quarterly statement is $37,728.45. What I notice is that your business, Birch Gold, took over the top commission and used my retirement funds to line your own pockets. I was informed that your company would receive a commission when I spoke with your investment manager, *****************************, and while I entirely understand this, I do not believe that I should have lost over 50% of my worth in order to line your pockets. I wouldn't have gone through Birch Gold had they been open and honest. Nobody with a rational mind would forego their retirement that they had been saving for years. Initially, I had a very hard time getting a receipt for the transaction. When trying to get any answers you get little or no response from Birch. I would never buy or recommend Birch Gold. I also noticed that your company is advertising on Newsmax and other conservative stations. I will make sure to email them as well to make sure nobody is ever misled. If I wanted to ****** and lose half the value, I would have kept it in the stock market and not invest in protecting my assets by purchasing precious metals.

  I made a purchase in June of 2022 with Birch Gold Group.Im revisiting this purchase today as I am working to recover a receipt for the value of the metals I purchased. I never received a receipt for my purchase. I have email documentation from 6/12/2022 detailing my attempts to obtain a receipt. I never received a receiptId also like to mention the Salesman I worked with *************************. **** needs to work on the eloquence in which he sets expectations with clients. I invested about 1/3 of my life savings into precious metals last year. **** made sure to inform me that my order would not take precedence, as he had customers who were spending significantly more than me. **** also promised follow up calls that were never delivered on.After the way **** spoke to me, my wife and I nearly cancelled the sale. We decided to proceed since we had already wired money to Birch Gold.I chose to do business with BGG because of endorsements from people like ***************, and *********************. If I could do it over again I would work with a dealer I could interact with face to face.This process has been frustrating and Birch Gold Group did not do what they said they would do.I mean come on guys, a receipt is the bare minimum you owe when people are making large purchases involving their savings. **** should know better than to tell a client their 5 figure investment basically amounts to chump change.

  I used Birch Gold group after being referred by ********* Birch Gold was prompt, proficient , patient and made value added suggestions when trying to figure out products. Their advisors spent time with us making sure we understood why precious metals are important right now and why they should be part of our portfolio.After the transactions they have followed up and inquired about the experience.
