    I purchased a red dot optic from ************************** recently and received it friday may, 30th, 2025. Upon opening my package it seems the topic was already used or opened before and it doesn't work i contacted ************************** and had a very upsetting response they really dont care about customer retention they didn't want to help me at all and they dont want to provide me a refund or theres no way of me returning the item that is very unfair

    A simple item return coupd be accepted especially if the item arrived damaged from the company already there iw no reason to contact a third-party to ask for help its a shame of the business tactics battlehawkarmory.com is using as a lomg life customer I will be spending my money and business somewhere else

    I bought an optic site. A sig ***** ***** 5 2 gen. ***** out of the box it doesnt work. Seems to be a running theme with this company as if you look through reviews they have a tendency to sell faulty products and not refund money and tell you to go to the manufacturer instead. Theyre selling faulty product products.

    I purchased a **** Conversion Kit from BattleHawk Armory. Upon first use, the product was defective, consistently jamming and failing to extract or cycle properly. I immediately contacted BattleHawk Armory to request a return or refund, as the product was not merchantable from the moment of first use.The company refused to honor the implied warranty of merchantability (UCC *****) and instead cited a no returns on used items policy. However, an internal store policy does not override consumer protection laws, which require that products be fit for their intended use at the time of sale.Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue professionally, the company responded with dismissive and unprofessional remarks, refusing to address its legal obligations. Their representative stated, "That is between you and the manufacturer. End of discussion, do what you have to do," which is a clear refusal to engage in fair business practices.I first contacted BattleHawk Armory on the day of product use to report the defect and request a resolution. They immediately stated they do not accept returns on used products, even though the defect was apparent from first use and falls under implied warranty protection. I reiterated that their policy does not override consumer protection laws, but they refused to engage further, telling me to contact the manufacturer instead. My attempt to escalate the issue was met with hostility.BattleHawk Armorys refusal to honor implied warranties not only violates Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) regulations but also promotes deceptive trade practices that mislead consumers into accepting unlawful policies. Their approach appears to strong-arm buyers into forfeiting their legal rights rather than upholding their obligations.I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement unit that functions as advertised. If BattleHawk Armory continues to ignore consumer protection laws, I will escalate this complaint to the *** and Attorney General.

    Purchased a weapon light for a pistol through Battlehawk which they shipped through *****. ***** misdelivered the package to the wrong address and Battlehawk has refused to help file a claim even though they are technically the customer of ****** not me. Without them filing I cannot get a refund or new product and Battlehawk has refused to contact me regarding the order.

    I purchased a firearm from battlehawk armory. In the description and pictures it showed it had a threaded barrel. I received the gun and it did not have the correct barrel I contacted them and they basically said theres nothing they can do. I sent them pictures and the serial number and all they had to say was thats wild because the one we have here has a threaded barrel Ive been ignored for over a week and it shows that they have no effort in crediting me or trying to resolve the issue. I now have to spend $300 to get the proper barrel it was supposed to come with

    Hi **** Unfortunately this firearm does not have a threaded barrel, our description mentioned it is "available with a threaded barrel" talking about the model itself has other variations, but this specific one did not have a threaded barrel.  We also put at checkout "Once a firearm is transferred and received at receiving dealer it is considered accepted and the sale is final"  this is a firearm, unfortunately once it's transferred the sale is complete.

    You guys advertised it wrong or sent me the wrong one. It clearly shows a threaded barrel and my order description says threaded barrel. No where does it say available. Keep trying to cover it up.

    Unfortunately this is a firearm, after a firearm has been transferred we do not offer additional support due to liability.  If there was an issue it needed refused at receiving dealer, we would then issue an *** and get it back to us and exchange for correct one per agreed upon terms at checkout.  However you accepted this as is and transferred it.  Thank You for your business

    On Sunday Nov 24th I purchased a firearm from their website. The next day I received an email telling me they needed my ffl to send a copy of their license. My *** sent their license to the email address listed in the email on Nov. 26th. It's been almost a week and I've received the same email requesting the ffl license twice more. I've reached out to the email address they provided for questions and had no response.

    Per Federal *** regulations we need a physical copy of the receiving dealers ***, we usually **** these down for customers but also send customers an automated email.  You ordered this during Thanksgiving/Black Friday week which is the busiest week of the year for us, so it did take us a few days to get to the email, and we didn't receive the *** from the dealer until the 3rd, to which we shipped it the same day and it was expediciously delivered.  1Z0R8912A608852574

    I recently purchased a rifle scope for $2,500 from your company. However, upon receiving the item, I discovered it was an open-box, blemished display model. At no point during the purchasing process was it indicated that I would be receiving a used or open-box item. I contacted the company via email and they confirmed the item was a display and open box. I immediately reached out to request a suitable remedy, but instead of addressing the issue directly, I was referred to the manufacturer. The company did offer a $100 gift card as compensation, but it has yet to be issued, and my recent attempts to follow up have gone unanswered.This experience has been disappointing, and I respectfully request a prompt resolution to this matter.

    I placed an order on September 26, 2024 with Credova. Upon waiting ten days for an update on shipping, I had to reach out myself to see what was the status. I was told order never processed and that they never received anything from Credova from their end even with my contract order confirmation and credova themselves telling me they received it. After confusion and back and forth with the store and crediva I was ultimately told by billing extension on their line to cancel which he did. I was then told ** receive a cancellation email within a day. Its now October 9, 2024. Ive waited two days and contacted battle hawk armory again to check the status and they said its cancelled and no live contract exist in their system. I called credova to confirm if this was true but was told that battle hawk armory never sent any sort of information regarding a cancellation. I just want the cancellation to be sent to credova. The support is contradicting and does not update until you taken upon yourself. I just want the information to be sent out to credova and myself like they said they would do and cancelled.

    In stock vs out stock pricing is different. You purchased this as advertised in stock at $199.99 which is the correct price it was advertised as. If it was still in stock it would be $199.99.
