    on august 9 2022, i ordered a ****** combat bcg from battlehawk armory for the amount of ******. model number TRBCANB308. upon receiving it i found that the item did not match the description or the image provided on their website. i notified battlehawk armory of the issue and they replied by telling me that it is listed on their website that the item might not match the description or image. how is that even legal. if i order a burger at ********* i wont be happy getting a salad. this makes zero sense. they advised me to contact ****** combat (the manufacturer) to resolve the issue. i just want the correct part.

    Customer ordered and was sent UPC# ************ from ****** Combat, customer states there was a different item in the box, per agreed upon terms and conditions at checkout which were both checkmarked and signed off on with signature box we only sell brand new in box merchandise, and any issues must be taken up directly with the manufacturer.  If customer received something different than what was ordered in the box then he needs to contact ****** Combat the manufacturer and explain that a different iteration was sent in the box than what he ordered for UPC 811826027160.  ****** Combat's contact information: https://www.wilsoncombat.com/contact/

    Bought 4 guns. Received 3 and told 1 on order. Receipt is very vague and doesnt mention specific gun ordered. 2 months later they have no record of ** ordering.
