    Received an order that was not what I expected. Description on website was not clear. Returning items were subject to a 25% restock fee plus shipping. They would not acknowledge flawed description of product. **************** was worthless and unhelpful. Now Im stuck with this product. Avoid this business as you will have no realistic way to resolve a problem.

    Contacted the company regarding retired law enforcement questions and was met with the rudest responses from the customer service team. 3 messages extremely rude. I have posted on social media regarding these responses and screenshots to thousands of viewers. Cant believe this company is so rude towards its previous loyal customers

    This customer wrote in asking us to send High Capacity Magazines to ************ to Law Enforcement.  Our system does not have a good way to block/unblock for individuals, we also dropshipped these magazines and the distributor does not ship to *************  Our internal policy is to only ship magazines to states where they are legal to all citizens of the state without exception.  This customer asked, "I am exempt from Rhose Island magazine capacity being local ***", we said " I am sorry **** we do not ship High Capacity magazines to anyone in *************  He then proceeded to argue back and forth with us, ask our reasoning to which we explained, that still wasn't good enough, back and forth some more, so yes we finally ended the conversation and said, I'm sorry *** we don't ship high capacity magazines to ************, this is not up for further debate" He was simply upset with our policies, I get it, but we are in a highly regulated industry and we need to do whatever we can to protect our livelyhood and the livelyhood of our 23 employees and their families.  Thank you

    Ordered a new Vortex Scope from this vendor. Product showed up as an open box missing packaging and contents spilling out of box. Battery was already installed. fingerprints on the lense. I sent a note to customer service to complain and was told that I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee. Very questionable ********* expecatation is when I pay for a new item, I get a new item. Not a used item.

    Ordered a pistol online on Dec 4 2024 with original shipping date of middle to late Jan 2025 (paid them in full $4274). Still waiting for them to ship to my FFL. Contacted them many times and they kept changing the wait times. Bad customer service too! I also told them that i will be moving soon due to the military assignment, but they don't care. They are also ruining the ***************************'s name by blaming the production. I'll make sure to spread this across the military force to stay away from the Battlehawk armory. What a disgrace to the consumers and patriots!

    **** This was a preordered product, we made it very clear on the product page in the title and details, while it was longer than we were originally led to believe, we sent monthly updates from ******************* regarding production.  We shipped all of these in the order they were received and did not skip the line, or hold any back just.  Thank You for your business- BattleHawk Armory

    Order a pistol online on Jan 9th. Still waiting for them to ship to my FFL. Contacted them multiple times and they tell me different wait times. First was few business days, then a week. As of 1/26/25 my order still pending. Their website says in stock so should have been sent sooner. Disappointing to say the least.

    Hi ***, We apologize, this was a screwup on our end as well as the manufacturer, we purchased these and started preselling them, they never shipped to us from the manufacturer.  We had to go back to them and get a refund, I am very sorry for the mixup on this.  Thank you for your business

    Bought a couple things in the past, good interaction. I am on there text list for deals and today I received a message that had ammo deals. I went to the store and said I wanted to purchase said deal. They refused to honor the advertised price. Said it was a misprint. If it is a misprint that is not my issue. If you want to be the best, then honor your advertised price. Very disappointed! Won't be spending my blue collar bills with them again!

    Hi ****,  Usually we honor anything, unfortunately we are using marketing software, we are in a very capital intensive business and the issue you were referring to would have cost us over $20,000 to address with everyone who asked.  We have verbiage in every email marketing that we reserve the right to change a price at anytime for any reason, and we do not guarantee our ads are error free.  The goal is zero mistakes, usually if it's close we make it right, While we regret the error, and your experience we offered in this aspect, in order to keep our family owned business operating profitability we needed to decline this offer.  Thanks for shopping BattleHawk Armory

    BEWARE BattleHawk Armory I had a **** MC9 purchased and shipped to a local FFL. They specifically state ***** won't ship to them, so don't use *****. I confirmed with them, they won't ship *****. They then shipped ******The package was refused by ***** and sent back to BattleHawk. Now BattleHawk is charging me $50 to ship it somewhere else, or pay 10% restocking fee to have it refunded.They can't pay attention to FFL information or details, and yet they somehow sell guns?! Absolutely absurd and a complete scam.

    Ordered some ammo from them that fell under a recall. I shipped it back and it was signed delivered at their dock by ******* tracking numbers backed this up. The owner contacted me and refused to replace or refund my order because " I didn't ship it back properly and they never got it." Though, it was signed for by their employee. After weeks of no contact, I reached out again only to be stuffed. I am now out over $300 and the owner has taken no responsibility for robbing a customer. Will NEVER do any legitimate business with this company again.

    False advertising!!!! Be careful with these guys. Advertised this as 20 ct packs then sent me bulk packs. Took NO accountability, NO apology and just fixed their ad when I called them on it. Sure, take a ****** that what you think you are paying for you will get. WHEN it isnt they **** **** behind their Contact Us messaging nonsense like all of the other shady places with NO PHONE NUMBER as they are just keyboard warriors shipping from a third party. Waste of my time running their product around to send it back to them. NOT WORTH IT, trust me.
